just a quick question about the trigger

Hey guys, so I am doing IUI and I have needed the trigger every other time to release my lil eggie from my follie (hope this makes sense).

This time they have said I am ovulating by myself and dont need the trigger.
    I want the trigger.

Can I still have the trigger????
Would it do any damage if I had the trigger???

    help anyone........

If they've told you that you don't need the trigger then I wouldn't do it.

LOL, yeah, it's tempting to just do it anyway but I guess they know what they're talking about (or they should anyway).

    Good luck

Triggering might give you too much of that hormone...? (I dont' know that, just guessing) Probably best to do as your "medical masters" say

    me again,
I am still thinking about it........
The doc said I have a second small follie on my right that isnt yet ready to ovulate, would the trigger make it ovulate??????

They werent too concerned if both ovulated.....

oh dear, I am still thinking i should trigger it.........

No, it's a different hormone that gets them ready then another to release them. If it's not ready it won't be any good to you anyway.

Our clinic triggers whether they *think* you are ovulating or not. The only reason not to is if you have already ovulated. I can't see a down side. It's a HCG trigger I assume? I always got a trigger regardless, and even after it there was one cycle where I didn't ovulate.

This probably isn't helpful though. Sorry!
