My Lap is all booked in for the 5th April, im a bit scared but very excited all at once!!
Hubbys swimmer results came back fantastic, my FS even went as far to say that his motility rates are - and I quote - "unheard of" which is really reasurring!!
I also ovulated on my own last month which is awesome
He did say my hormones, although in the total blood count, were all fine, he thinks they are a bit out of whack when it comes to ovulating and I am acutally ovulating (when my ovaries feel like it that is) later then I should be. So I am on clomid and have just finished my first round, ive got to go for an ultra sound on Monday to see if it worked cant wait!!!
I am so thankful that I am now getting some answers after nearly 4 years of fighting GP's to get some help and being told im either to young and have plenty of time to concieve naturally, or im too fat and need to lose weight, or they assume that I have PCOS, and I now know for sure that I dont. Its just really sad that for over 3 years GP after GP after GP held me back from my dream of becoming a mother, but I am on my way now
Hun, that is excellent news! Im horrified that you have been pushed aside with fertility treatment for so long, we started the whole process at 21 with no obvious reason. Wishing you a super quick TTC journey now and that you much longed for little one is in your arms soon
I am home from hospital now with one very tender belly button and a hell of a sore throat - they aren't gentle pulling the tubes out are they!!
My FS said everything was good, my tubes are completely open, but there was a few little polyps and adhesion's in my uterus which he said was a result of non regular periods, so he did a D&C and sent away some polyps for testing.
He also said that when they put the camera in they seen a, and I quote "nice big follicle that popped right in front of there eyes" which means the Clomid worked this month too... to bad I cant do anything about it lol, but next month hopefully will be our month... FINALLY!!!
Thats great good luck with it all and hopfully you get that BFP soon after. I hate how DRs ignore young infertility or think you have heaps of time to sort it out.
