Sorry spoons I don't know much about chlomid but most ivf meds seem to mess with hornones and therefore mood too.

TTC 1yr 3mths and getting all the info together to start ivf hopefully soon....

I called my fertility centre yesterday and I have decided to destroy the sperm samples I have stored, I have 2 frozen embies and have
decided to hopefully have ET in May with them both so that will be my last chance which I have decided is ok, it took a long time to get to that decision but sometimes you just have to know when to stop, so that will be my stopping point so I now have to get as healthy as possible and give it my best shot and hopefully it works. I'm not sure what happened this month cause my af is always on time and I have never had any issues but it did not come this month im not pg so im not sure, hopefully its not a sign of menopause

We have decided to go with Fertility Centre Dandenong, due to price and low stim cycles, as I petrified of the supposed side-effects from fertility drugs.
We have our first appointment next Friday with Dr.
Has anyone been there? Any positive/negative feedback?
How long will it take from now until we can start?

1moreplease good luck with the healthy lifestyle over the next few months. Have you looked at the www.natural-fertility info.com site for more ideas of things to eat that may help?? Fx that you get a bfp with the two embryos - lol if you have a multiple pregnancy from being so healthy.

AtticusBean good luck next Friday. Waiting to start the ivf process can sometimes be just as stressful as the tww. I found it was when I started in 2011,just wanted to start straight away but felt like it took forever to arrange.

Spoons, I don't have much experience with clomid either. I have done 6 stim cycles, with one fet that gave me my gorgeous DS {2012}.

Just had my egg retrieval this morning - 9 eggs. Usually get that many, with most fertilising but only manage to get 1 or 2 that get to 5day blastocyst stage for implanting. Nervous about finding out tomorrow how many fertilised, if lucky then sun 15th Feb will be embryo transfer day.

I heard from the clinic today and they have upped my pessaries to 4 a day. Im going to be a hormonal mess.

Hi jane.

What dosage are the pessarries? I've been placed on one crinone daily and 2x200mg pessaries once daily. I've mentioned that I want to take another crinone, due to lack of sticky embryos in the past. Ivf nurse said wouldn't hurt, just going to be more build up of the cream that needs removing.

Hopeful mum. They upped me to 200mg twice daily. I asked my FS about whether I could take anything else to help the embie stick and he said no. He pretty much said that as long as the levels are high enough that taking anything else wasnt going to prevent bleeding or mc.

Popping in because I am too excited on the count down to getting of hrt. Only 4 days left!!! The we will see if my ovaries do anything to rebound in which case we start egg retrieval to freeze embryos around feb 23rd and ttc naturally for another 6 months. If not then we mpve straight on to using some of our 9 frozen embryos. So fingers crossed my silly 21 year old ovaries sort themselves out of there non function and do something! Anyone else going through melbourne ivf?

- hopeful mum....yeah the wait is so hard. i'm spending so much time on google researching info and potential side-effects and its freaking me out.
i also read i'll have to have an anesthesia for egg collection! Will I be completely knocked-out??
In the Youtube videos the women seem to be awake..?
Sent off police check forms yesterday (how long do these take?)
I'm so impatient...lets get this party started!
