Bunnyfeet - I have been seeing a naturopath for a while now and she recommends gluten and dairy free for 4 months before even ttc, as it takes 120 days for an egg to mature, if in this period of time your body is empty of products that it has to work extra hard digesting, then it focuses on other tasks like making really good quality eggs. DH and I are both following this routine and have been for a couple of months and we feel great. it was only thinking about it retrospectively that we were actually doing the same thing for 3 months before we conceived ds, we were doing a fitness challenge through our workplace and they had diet plans and outlines which were gluten and dairy free. So while we fell preg during the challenge which ended in mc, ds must have been part of the good eggs that came along after the diet changes (I am hoping it works again this time around) but I do think that it helps and there are loads of gluten free recipes around and you just substitute out the dairy also.
Positively - I hope that you start to feel better soon and get some answers and a plan of attack when you see the specialist this week.
Beau, I hope everything works out for you this round and that your lining does what its supposed to do.
Miss B - I hope everything went well for you yesterday
Jasmine - great news for the HPT's sounds really positive and fingers crossed you get some great numbers on Friday
AFM - the jabbing is not as bad as I thought it would be, DH cant be around while its happening as he is scared of needles My first follie scan is Friday, and I am really excited to see how things are going, slightly nervous as well as I am feeling no ill effects from the gonal and I thought that I would so not sure if its working or not.
