Jasmine, sorry to hear about the cysts. Those hcg levels are great! As I said the other day, you want around 200 at 16dpo and you're over that! And they rose a lot in just 10 hours too! I hope they can resolve the cysts quickly for you.

Congrats Jasmine it's official! They sound like great numbers! Sorry to hear about your cysts :( its never easy but I'm sure they can sort it quickly and you can just focus on your BFP :D

AFM-third day in a row feeling gassy, niggly cramps, nausea and extremely tired. I am so praying that I don't get my period next Wednesday and instead get a positive HPT!!!

Juniper can you please put me in waiting for transfer. Trigger tonight & transfer Thursday. Estrogen was over 2000 today & surging. Nurse is really happy with this cycle so hoping embryos behave next week. I don't even have to have progynova this cycle :dance:
Quick question. How much time do you all take off for transfer? The time I got BFP I had 2 days prior and a week after as it was Xmas.
Beau, I always took the day of transfer off and the day after. I just had a relaxing day at home (not bedrest). Neither of my FS ever recommended any time off; I just took those two days because it felt like the right thing (and it was more about keeping my stress down rather than physical resting).

I agree with Juniper my FS doesn't recommend bed rest and always says go and have a nice breakfast and a coffee after!
I would def take day of transfer off to relax but if you need to go back to work next day it's 100% fine

I had a pretty average day, first scan and blood test and cycle 1 has been cancelled. My lining was great at 8.8, however I had 10 follicles all between 30 and 35mm, the fs prefers between 18 & 22mm so I have triggered tonight and will just await af to start the long down reg cycle.... Booooo! Have given myself permission to wallow tonight then back on my feet tomorrow.
Sorry I have missed so many persies, on my phone and cannot see them back, sounds like there is a mix bag of good and bad happening, so hopefully everyone has a nice w/end.

Mrs O'M, sorry to hear your cycle was cancelled. Sounds like your follicles developed very quickly and took your FS by surprise? Being over 30mm, they would likely have been "over-ripe", so sounds like the right decision under the circumstances. I assume you'll have more frequent monitoring next time to avoid a repeat occurrence?
Kel, if you're willing to risk the uncertainty of "Did I just test too early?" if it's a BFN, I'd start from 10dpo because it's not unusual to get BFPs that early, but not everyone will get one that early (I never have). If you'd rather know for certain from the first test, I'd wait until 13dpo. In both cases, I'm assuming you'd use a sensitive test like the First Response. If you're not using a sensitive test, you really need to wait until AF is late... I got my first BFP (chem pg, so low hcg levels) at 11dpo with FRER (but it was so faint I thought I was imagining the line and it was BFN and only believed it was real after getting a darker line at 12dpo). Last time (normal hcg levels) I was using ICs and didn't get a BFP until 13dpo (but I think the FRER would have given me one earlier).

AFM, I got some cramping last night and this morning, but it's settled a bit now. I'm really hoping the progynova did little to disrupt my ovulation cycle and that AF stays away for another few days.
I'm out!!! Bloody AF showed this morning, 4 days early!! I am so angry with myself for allowing myself to think that I could actually be pregnant!!! Just so over this stupid journey!!

Thanks for all the kind words, juniper next round I will be monitored from day 5 onwards to hopefully prevent super charged follicles. Feeling major twinges in my sides which I am guessing is o pain. This TTC stuff sucks.

Offifically on Thursday, although I haven't booked, as AF usually arrives before and I end up having to change the test date, so I will just wait until either AF arrives, or I will call them on Wednesday to book a time to go in.:
Don't get me wrong, I would love to POAS, but the anxiety is too high, and it just makes me feel so terrible to get the BFN, ill happily live in hope for a few more days and deal with one BFN rather than daily doses of it!

I'm booked in to see fs tomorrow, been told by my naturopath to ditch the Clomid and progesterone for a while so we can re balance my hormones. I'm really struggling mentally to give them up lol. It's the closest I've got to a bfp this whole time In the 3yrs!
I don't know if I can being I don't get many chances ttc while dh is back! Advice?

Sarah, my naturopath said the same, she wanted 4 months after I finished taking clomid to re balance my body, I told her I would be happy to go along with any plans she had, but would also be exploring other options ie, IVF. She was not overly thrilled about this but agreed to work with any plans I had rather than against it. I would go with what you feel the most comfortable with as its your body and any decisions around what you ingest should be yours. See what the FS thinks would be the best treatment plan and if the 2 specialist would be happy to work together in achieving your goal.

Sarah I think I would have struggled mentally with taking a step back from the meds. Maybe you can continue the meds while DP is home and take a break from meds when he is away?? GL hun x
AFM- I spent the weekend in a decent amount of pain.. I'm really hoping that it calms down soon. Have a follow up HCG test this morning and I'm really really nervous.. I hope my numbers have risen nicely from Friday.. I just keep waiting for something to go wrong! Have an appointment with my FS this arvo and I guess he will do an ultrasound to check on my cysts. Is there any chance that he may see the gestational sac today or would it be way too early for that?
