Hi all, I'm new to this forum but just wanted to know if anyone here is dealing with severe male factor infertility? My husband was born with bilateral cryptochordism (undescended testicles) which was later rectified at age 5. He has been on hormone injections to get his testosterone going. He was also diagnosed with Kalmann's syndrome. Initially he has azoospermia but in time with hormone treatment he started producing sperm. Now he is producing some motile sperm in his sample. However numbers are below parameters. Because of the low numbers we have not been able to do HA-ICSI or PICSI, as these require a minimum amount of sperm per sample (I think 100,000) Is anyone else dealing with very low numbers? Have you had success with ICSI? As we are still trying with ICSI so far no success.
Any feedback would be great.
