twinges, tugs and very sore boobs!

Hi all, well I am having the oddest TTW. I feel almost like I am actually PG! I have been getting these weird little sensations down low, like flicking and pulling or tugging? I've never had this before. Plus I have the sorest boobs for the last 3 days. Really full, sore & nipples are very sensitive and they are very pert IUKWIM! I do sometimes have this but it is more exagerated this month. I think I am only 7DPO, too early I would think?!
Please tell me what you think?
I won't be testing until monday 10dpo. I would normally wait until the day I am due or just wait for AF which always show up but I feel a bit more positive this month.
love to hear from you all on this, if you have any advice.

PS, first full month of acupuncture and TCM herbs too, this could be revving things up I guess?

Hi there, how exciting! I had similar twinges and pains etc and v sore bbs leading up to af's due date, so I tested a couple days early and got my bfp. I hope all this means that your little one is getting nice and snug for the next 9 months!

It is a bit early but as it is unusual I feel a somewhat hopeful. I'll just have to be patient wont I?

Sounds very promising.
When i was preg i got twinges and a tugging/pulling feeling 3 days after my embryo transfer (IVF Blastocyst)
Good luck .. i really hope you get a BFP!!

Sassba, it was about three days after my transfer that I found my boobs were so sore I just wanted to cry... which was actually 8DPO, and turns out I was in fact pregnant...

So... seems to me that this is looking really positive!
