nic - good luck for your scan tomorrow. Hope that you don't have to rush to much to make it there!

murlsa - wow, you're starting an FET cycle again already? So it is OK to do them back to back?

Our nurse rang yesterday arvo to say that we had 8 good size follies, and a couple of others that might make it to the right size. And that estrogen levels were good. So I am booked in for the egg collection on Friday! So today is my last day of Synarel (yay) and puregon. And then trigger tomorow night - which I am a little nervous about. I kinda can't believe that it is happening. Seems a little surreal at times.

I weighed myself this morning, and I have put on nearly 2 kgs in the last day or so! Wow. People warned me that I would put on weight, and I am feeling quite uncomfortable today. Not in pain, but gosh I can notice my bloated tummy.

    Hi
Try not to be nervous about youor trigger injection. It really does look worse than it is. I had mine last week and it hurt a little but more whent he fluid was going in. We are in the 'waiting' period......we have had our transfer and are awaiting our pregnancy test next Friday....... I hope everything goes well for you.........we started off with 9 eggs, have transferred 1 and have 3 in storage......just keep telling yourself..its quality not quantity!! Good luck!!!

Nellie, seems to be the case that back to back FETs are ok, but most clinics seem to like you to break for a cycle after a stim cycle. I also found that all the weight I gained with my stim cycle and OHSS actually disappeared and took an extra kg with it. It has since come back, with a friend, but that's mainly through the junk food consumption after my miscarriage and the effecto of other medications that I'm taking to control arthritis and immune issues.

I have my transfer date booked in... and not feeeling that great about things. I'm finding myself with a lot of issues to work through regarding it, and it's created monumental scheduling hassles for both myself and DH. I'm slowly working through everything, but I'll probably be a little self-absorbed and quiet for the next few days.

BW I hope that everything goes ok with the transfer and sorting everything out.

I had OHSS with my stim cycle, but they still went ahead with the transfer, despite the fact that I could barely walk or move.

EEK! Hearing things like that frightens me. We didn't transfer when I had OHSS, and I was feeling so sick that it didn't bother me one bit. But knowing that OHSS gets worse if you fall pregnant... it's a really scary thing! Murlsa, all the best with your FET, too.

    Good Afternoon

Nellie - Congrats on the 8 or so follicles and good luck with trigger!

Murlsa - Welcome and good luck with your FET!

BW - Good luck hun and i hope you are feeling more organised and confident in a couple of days!

Togerlinda - Sorry to hear sideaffects are bothering you and fingers crossed you get the good news you are after on Friday.

Well feeling a bit better today after processing yesterdays news, not looking forward to the extra injections and quite scared about DH's DNA testing, his "boys" havent passed any test yet and we really need then to pass this one. Putting it off until next week because we are going away this weekend and dont want to have donor sperm conversations if the results are bad. Probably wont be but still nervous

Hi everyone! Haven't had a chance to pop in much of late. Looks like I'm a bit behind on where everyone's at, and there's a lot of newcomers too - a big hello & good luck to all.
Ursla and BW - wishing you much luck for your FET's. Hang in there BW. Have faith in yourself and that all will fall into place for you and DH. I know you can do this hun!!

Well so far so good on the tww for me. I am slightly over half way (BT next Monday), and don't have any sign of AF yet. Also don't have too many Pg symptoms to report either. Am not too sure whether or not to test later this week?? I would like to, but am feeling a bit chicken right now.
Is it possible to be Pg at this point and to not have barely any symptoms at all?

    best of luck all!

Well we were able to go ahead with transfer this afternoon. We only got PGD test results back on one embie (the others may have to be re-biopsied if they look good enough so that we have some in reserve) but that single one is all we need! The FS said that it looked great and had actually progressed to a blastocyst which is fantastic. The transfer all went well. Had to go back to work though but tried to take it easy. Now just waiting...........and praying!

Best of luck and good wishes to everyone with where they are at
