    Hi Everyone

Babytruj - I too was terrified of jabbing myself in fact the closer it got the more difficulty I had going to sleep of a night. But I have to admit that once I was guided through the first one I couldn't believe how easy it really was. I also found my best support to be this forum. But so long as you find something that works for you it will help you through. GL!

Rob - GL for your FET on Wednesday, fingers crossed.

As for me, my visit here this time has been brief. I had my FET on 2 November and found out yesterday that I am pregnant. So am very happy about that. Yay IVF!!

Lots and Lots of for everyone!

WOW Belle ~ that was quick! CONGRATULATIONSAll the best for a H&H 9 months!!

Rob ~ Goodluck with the in-laws if you decide to go, I think I would give it a try. But Im sorry im not used to that sort of thing as I get along with all my family apart from my father-in-law whom we never see. So perhaps one day I'll be in a similar situation. You're obviously really thinking of your kids welfare - so I really hope things work out for the best for you all.
All the best for Wed too!

Terry ~ Goodluck to you with your FET!

Babytruj ~ I understand your concerns - I was exactly the same moving from IUI to IVF. Im happy we are trying IVF now - I also feel more confident. The hormones etc arent really anyworse than the IUI, so If you got through that, you'll be fine. The Synarel nasel spray is a bit yuck but you do get used to it. All the best!!!

All the best to all and lots of babydust and (((hugs))). Hope you're having a nice weekend. Im at work but have had a bit of fun as well.
    xo

AFM - NO AF Yet!!! 4 days late...AF where are you????
Lol, I'm having the same problem with my this cycle! I'm usually regular as clockwork, but, of course, my O is now officially late just when I'm waiting on it to count down the last 2ww before our next IVF...

Belle, congratulations! I'm glad your stay was short and sweet.

ferrals, I guess she's worried the higher E2 level might trigger an LH surge (and then O). Generally, the reason they don't want E2 levels too high at trigger is that there is some correlation between high E2 levels and OHSS. If your FS is happy with your progress then I would try not to worry about it (easier said than done). Let her do the worrying - that's what she's there for!

    Morning ladies

Emerald Star - you can add me to your list of "awaiting results". I have had my BT aready this morning, and am now just waiting around for the results to come in sometime today. Fingers crossed for a BFP. Also, I read in the TWW thread that Baby2Bee received a negative last week.

Hi to all the other gals in here. Sorry can't stay as we just moved into our new house and I have the world's supply of unpacking to do. Will keep you all updated on my results today.

    Wishes xoxo

Hi girls, just wanted to pop in and let you know we got a BFP today!!! DH and I are thrilled and so excited. We just can't believe it. My bHcG is 116 and my progesterone is 442!! I have another follow up BT on Thursday to check how my levels are progessing. First scan won't be til about 7 weeks apparently. We put 2 embies back at ET, so will have to wait til scan to find out if there is 1 or 2 in there.

I have always wondered how I would know if I was pregnant - if there would be any signs? And about the only thing I can say for this cycle was that I noticed my nipples were hard a lot of the time. Not sore, but I guess you could say sensitive instead. No nausea or anything. I also did have extremely bad abdominal pain 2 days past ET so I'm now guessing that could've been implantation.

I will continue to lurk in here so I can keep an eye on everyone's progress. I hope you all get the BFP you're after. I am hoping and praying and have fingers crossed for everyone.

Thank you for all the support girls, it has meant the world to me.

    Wishes xoxo

    What is going on????

    Hi Ladies,

It has been a while since I have posted, I have just been lurking, popping in every now and then to see how everyone is going. Thanks for the updates Emerald they have been great. I am not going not going to write any personal this time, I will try and catch up with everybody over the next few days.

This is a me post, sorry

I had a transfer on the 10th of October, slight spotting on the 19th and 20th of October, negative blood test on the 23rd of October. I was told to call if AF didn't turn up in a week. Well AF didn't turn up so I went in for another test and it was negative. I was then told to wait another 2 weeks. Well the two weeks was up on Friday and AF was nowhere to be seen. Was feeling a little nauseas on Saturday. Exactly how I felt both times I had BFP's.

So took a test and is was a very, very, very faint positive. Took another on Sunday and it was a little stronger. Had a blood test this morning and HCG was 43.

The nurse was confused, my doctor was confused and I am confused!

The nurse said a negative is less then 2 HCG and a positive is more then 100 HCG. They gave me three options.

    1 Extremely late implantation
    2 Eptopic Pregnancy (but unlikely)
3 Despite the fact I had no AF I have ovulated and it is all natural.

Has anyone out there heard of this happening to anyone else?

I am to go back and get another test on Thursday to check if levels rise. I am not hopeful because in the last two hours my lowerback has started to ache, which is a sure sign of AF, but who knows what is going on.

Once again I am sorry it was all about me, I have noticed there are quite a few new faces mixed in with a few familiar ones. Hello to evryone and I hope you have had a good start to the week.

sorry Emerald Star. I'm out - it was a BFN for me. Of course I tested 7dpt and i got a beautiful positive but for some reason like the 2 cycles before it, it doesn't last. I'm seeing FS tomorrow to discuss what we think will be my second EPU, hopefully to have a fresh transfer as opposed to the frozen's i've been having.

I'm still lurking though and will let you know how we go tomorrow.

Hi ladies! Wow, so much going on...

Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS to Belle333 and Wishes for your BFPs! That's such wonderful news. Wishing you a H & H 9 months.

Ferrals4 - so sorry to hear of your loss of Abbi have fingers crossed for this cycle for you.

Baby2Bee - sorry to hear you're out, good luck for your FS appointment tomorrow and hope you get the answers you're looking for.

Sonyalouise - that you've just got a slow starter on your hands?! Good luck for the follow-up blood test on Thurs. I read about something similar happening to someone (on a different forum), don't know if she was doing IVF though?

Good luck terry and Rob for your transfers, and nicoled & MHIC for your results

Juniper76 - I can relate to you waiting for - last cycle I stressed so much about it coming (DH was flying out OS for work around the time it was due) that I actually delayed it by a week! Needless to say we had to cancel the IUI cycle. You can imagine my response when the nurse told me that I'd probably caused it... Now I'm stressing about stressing, and trying my hardest to relax - soooo much easier said than done though, eh?!

Sorry for all that I've missed, good luck to all of you waiting!

    Cheers,
    Lea.

Hi girls, thanks so much for all the well wishes. I still can't believe that it was actually a positive today, and I am actually pregnant. It doesn't seem real. I've never been pregnant before, so it's all new to me. I will be hanging out for our first scan in about 3 weeks time.

Sonyalouise - Hey, I've been wondering about you. Fingers crossed that your levels go up and you get that long awaited BFP.

Baby2Bee - I'm so sorry again about your BFN. I hope the FS appt tomorrow will bring you some answers.

Nicole - Good luck for your BT soon. Keep us all updated.

Hi to all the other lovely ladies out there. Wishing you all the best for whatever stage you're at in your cycles. Sending lots of

Hey motherhood i diddnt know you in this thread also.

Juniper-thanks for that i think i will let my FS do all the worring.

Wishes-congratz on your BFP i hope we see many more.

Sonya-i have a work college that just went through a similar thing weeks late many neg hpts 1st BT hcg was 5 a week later it was 23 or so then the next week it was 50 but as there was no doubling they called it a chemical pregnancy and she has yet to have her AF but her levels are not really going anywhere so she doesnt know what to think either.

Leabie-thanks i have my fingers and toes crossed to.

AFM- i am so tired have worked some late nights and had to be up early for BT and U/S but i got todays results my E2 is 3005 so still a little high but ok to continue i have 21 follicles which is good but only 7 or 8 of those are big enough so far to to make it to EPU if i'm lucky one or two more might catch up in time but they doubt it as the others are getting quite big anyway have to have another BT and U/S wed to see whats happening so i am happy all is going well i would have liked more bigger follicles as we need a lot of eggs for PGD testing is 7-8 a good number it seems such a waste to have 21 and they wont all get big enough for egg pick up.
