Hi everyone...


shelbee- good luck for the BT....mine is on tuesday, so we better both keep busy this weekend I think. I am getting a bit crazier the closer I get to the time!

JBM- I hope time doesnt drag too much. Iguess it is a big decision re the possibility of twins...but like you said, you'd cope! :) My clinic won't transfer two unless you are over40, due to extra risks etc with multiples

KellyD- i can relate- the synarel made me feel awful...i called it my 'syneral fog'...and i can relate on the work front too! hang in there

neptune- glad things are moving forward...i was happy when I had more to do than just the sniffing too!

luckystrike- hope this is the one...will keep chatting to you in the TWW.

afm....I am into my final countdown...four more sleeps now. yikes. I am feeling hopeful this time and trying to stay positive, but the closer to the BT the scarier it gets!

AFM, Today we have:-
6 embies which are A grade and at 3-4 cells
2 embies which are B grade and at 4 cells
AND>>>>>>>>>
1 embie which we thought had gone to embie heaven is A grade and at 2 cells.

Its Friday yay! After having 3 days off I am not very mtivated today!

NicoleS - they are great results, you should be very proud of yourself.

Possums - The wait is horrible, I have my fingers crossed for you for Tuesday!

AFM - Just waiting......I can feel these 2 weeks will go very very slowly.....

BTW yesterday afternoon after transfer noticed a very small amount of blood on my undies. Is this normal? Nothing there any more.

Nicole- thanks for the kind words. Hope those embies of yours keep doing well.


luckystrike...not sure about the blood...probably nothing to worry about though if it's gone now...you could always call your clinic to double check if you are worried.

Hi Everybody!!!

Sorry have been MIA for a week, got lost at the left turn to Alberquerque (old Bugs Bunny joke) I lost track when the thread changed at the new month (duh! :doh: me).

Wow so much has happened! Interesting chat about twins. People say to me "Oh no IVF you'll get twins" From word go I've always loved the idea of twins, everyone thinks I'm nuts (which generally I am) but I think it would be a blessing.

Had another bad week. Lost my job today through burecratic bull@#$% so don't know what we're gonna do there. Also have a family bbq tomorrow and DH has asked me to make an effort to go and see his sons so really stressed about that too as I haven't spoken to them since everything blew up. Thank god for the FS appt in 35 sleeps or I'd be running away to join the circus right about now!

Sorry guys don't mean to be a downer just not in a good headspace ATM :(

Anyway for now gonna say :goodluck2: to all the EPUs ETs & :2ww:ers. And I'll try n catch up with you all in a few days.

JBM, countdown is on for October. Our clinic won't put 2 embies back in unless you're over 35 or have had lots of attempts at ivf without success...new guidelines that were brought in on July 1st.

Neptune, yay for starting injections! the next week and a half go by so quickly. Grow follies, grow!!

Nicole, your embies are growing well... It must be nerve wrecking waiting to hear each day how they're going...

Possums... 4 more sleeps! Ahhhhhh! Very exciting...

Bride of Chucky, all the best for your family bbq tomorrow. I guess with tension within a family, everyone is probably feeling a bit the same about not wanting to go and be face to face. For your DH's sake, I hope things work out for you all. Be strong!

Well Alot has been happening since I was here last.
Bel- Good news about FS being so close I still get to make a hour drive to my FS.

Smithy- "Operation give DH a BFP for Christmas" I love it :clap:

Shelbee- Good luck with BT I'm also not on IVF yet only doing OI and timed intercourse so I know how you feel. Hoping that I don't have to take the IVF path but if it comes down to it I will as the cause is a worthy one

Lucky Strike- Sorry only 1 embie left keeping :crossfingers: it is the LUCKY one 25/09 will be here before you know it :goodluck2:

JBM- 2 Bubsicles transfered would be great double the chances of success and if you end up with twins then double the blessing. Good luck in Oct

Lucky Strike- Congrats on the TF. I hope your TWW flies by and we all get to hear your good news soon. As for the blood after TF, my clinic have said that a bit of spotting is ok.

Janet- Hi there. I always do 2 embies now if I have 2! Mine don't like being frozen, so I get them in while I can! Whatever yor decision...it'll be the right one for you.

Kelly- I can totally relate to the lack of patience. Mine has completely disappeared. I'm so over waiting for every little thing! I hope you find your patience again. Mine is really lost!!!!

Neptune- Great you are onto your next step now. Always makes me feel proactive when I move onto the next step..whatever it is on this journey.

Nicole- Your embies are going great. You must be so happy and excited.

Bride of Chucky- Wow..you have a lot going om at the moment. I hope you really are ok. I'm sorry to hear about the job and I really hope you get through the BBQ ok tomorrow.

Wishing Baby- I hope one of DH's swimmers has found a nice comfy home in one of your little eggies!

AFM- pill popping, stressing, counting down days. Same as always!! Working all weekend to raise some funds for the TTC account!

Hey ladies just a quick post ....we have.....7 A Grade Embies at the Morula stage!!!
The other two B grade embies are still at 5 cells so not looking good for them :(

BUT... our ET is tomorrow at 9.20am....woo hoo:cheer::cheer:
The embryologist said that we should have at least one blasto for tomorrows transfer and hopefully be able to freeze the good ones either on Monday or Tuesday depending on their quality....how awesome it would be to have 6 in the freezer :dance:

Can't wait to join the TWW thread and hope to see many of you there very soon.

Smithy- Thanks as always for your kind words. I also take shifts whenever I can to try to top up the bank account. We have handed over such an extraordinary amount of money in the last year. It's frightening to think about. Am always thinking of you and your DH.

Nicole- All the very best for TF tomorrow. Your litle ones have been behaving so well so far. Have a good rest tomorrow.

Janet- You doing ok sweets? Am hoping you have a good weekend relaxing.

Everyone else: :hello:, so many of us in here to keep up. I'm thinking of you all.

AFM: Last day of pill yesterday and am already starting to get those nagging AF feelings, sore BB's, lower back ache etc. Never been sooooo happy to get those feelings as the sooner AF is here then we will be on the fast moving train to hopefully :crossfingers: our BFP. 3 weeks and counting to ETA for FET transfer......

All my friends in the LLTCAC thread, I just want to wish you all the luck in the world.
I don't think I could have made it to the TWW thread without you :hug:
Today I had one little blastie on board and am :pray:ing like mad we great a BFP.
Tomorrow I will find out if we have any to freeze :pray:

i am still here just been so busy with school hols and working, we have own business so never stops. i am even going out tonight to meet with clients?!
anyway i've told clinic i want to to tfer next cycle so all i have to do is let them know 1st day of af and we're doing a natural cycle. but prob do some support after to help me a bit more this time.

AFM- had my 1st appointment at the new clinic yesterday. Am very happy with our decision to change. I have every faith in our FS and the new clinic seems to be really suited to us. I'm still pill popping. Have a scan booked for the 29th and could start jabbing that day. CAN"T WAIT TO START AGAIN!!!! What am I CRAZY!!??

Possums- The biggest of YAHOO's to you today my friend. Am so happy for you and DH. You have given me so much hope today.

OMG Possum - Congratulations! I have been away for a little bit and am so glad to hear that you got your BFP!

Bel - Am glad you are happy with your decision to change clinic. Its a big move but it sounds like it is for the best.

Well Im just hanging around at the moment, we cancelled our FET this month as I have been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety brought on by a number of different things - work, family, ivf etc. So have spent the last week off work, just trying to get through each day. At this point we are not sure if we will do any further treatment this year, it will just depend on my headspace and how I am coping with everything. We have three frozen embryos left so possibly two to three chances left...

Bec- I'm sorry to hear you have been having a hard time lately. I'm glad that you are strong enough to know that a break may be the best thing for you. I hope that you have lots of support and are able to talk to those closest to you. I am always hear if you need a friend. Take very good care of yourself. Your health is so important. Big hugs Bel

Today day 3 after stopping pill and AF not here yet..Grrrrrrrr... Hurry Up, Hurry Up.

The longer AF takes the longer I have to wait till transfer day and I am losing patience.
Where are you already, you should be here by now.....

Help, does anyone know if the Syneral delays the onset of AF, I have been taking for 12 days now.............

kelly :i think my af came on time with af ? , but it did stuff my cycle up after the whole stim thing i was all over the place for a couple of months. still not really normal but getting close.

KellyD - I got AF 4 days after synarel. I too thought it would come earlier, but it didnt. I would say look out for it tomorrow or Friday.

BecD - Sorry that things are hard for you at the moment, but its a good thing you are postponing treatment while you recover. I think you need to have a clear mind when you get back to it, so you can keep yourself positive. I know its not the most ideal situation, but try and get yourself better again and then look towards the future. You are so young, you have plenty of time so dont rush yourself, take some time for yourself. I hope things get better for you soon :goodluck:

AFM Well I couldn't be more confused I had my trigger shot last monday 8/9 so I should have O'd on Wed 10/9 So anyway I have been charting my temps and they did the whole drop down low and then spike up high like they are ment to when you O I also had the ewcm and all that so I was sure that it had worked so I took a booster shot on Sat 13/9 and another one on Tues 16/9 then a BT on Wed 17/9 well the FS office called today said my results had come in over night and these were their exact words " Dr says you are moving along and to have intercourse on Friday and Sat and another blood test on Monday" So I was totally confused as I thought I had already O'd and when i reminded the lady of my trigger shot she was like ok well you must have failed to O I will bring that to the Dr's attention.
Now I don't know if I O'd or not, was my body just playing tricks on me or is the BT results not accurate.

Yay girls looks like AF might be on it's way, slight pink (sorry if TMI) so hopefully this is it and we can definitely get things started again. :dance:

I don't think I've been so happy that she showed her ugly face.

You don't know how much better it makes me feel being able to put all this stuff here where you all understand, it makes the process so much easier to handle.
