Looking for Postive Reading and Meditation

Hi I am looking for positive books to read and guided meditation. I have heard that Miricle Beggings is great! And I would love some meditition to do as well. Can anyone suggest anything that can help a spiritual journey to concive?

there are probably 1000s out there but the ones my DH and I have found useful (not specifically to do with TTC though) include "Choosing Happiness" by Stephanie Dowrick which I love as you can pick it up, flip to any page and get a great message and ideas about how we can all choose happiness and positive thoughts. Louise Hay's ""You can Heal Your Life" is my DH and best friend's favourite (but doesn't work for me). There is a kit of this with CDs I think. It has been around for years and continues to please a lot of people.

With respect to meditation, i think any of the tape/cd sets are a good start but for me meditation is such a straight forward (but not necessarily easy) uncomplicated thing to do that once you learn the basics you don't necessarily need to be guided anymore.

There is a CD you can get with a guided meditation all about conception. I'm not sure where you would get it in Brissy but if you Google Natutal Fertility Management it will bring up the Jocelyn Centre website. They specialise in natural conception (including better IVF outcomes)and part of the program is a wonderful guided meditation. Give them a call they will probably be able to put you in touch with a NFM practitioner in sunny Qld.

I agree with Krisp. The Francesca Naish guided self hypnosis for conception are wonderful. I have not been through AC, but after 18 months of unexplained infertility, I drew amazing hope from the Francesca Baish CD's.

Thanks Ladies for your assitance. I have banised all the preganacy and trying to get pregnant books that make me say what if and am trying for a more postive approach. Thanks again I will let you know how the research goes
