Wow - KitKat72 - thank you so much for that very detailed post. Really, really interesting. I really appreciate that you have taken so much time to write me such a detailed post. Will definitely look into the Centre for Human Reproduction, their idea sounds very interesting. And I will ask my FS about DHEA as well, it might be something to look into if I don't respond well to IVF.

    Thanks so much again.

    Thank goodness for BB.
I have just got my AMH results back, 7.8. Shocked would be an understatement at the moment. Information is knowledge and I'm calming down the more and more I read.
So I'm still in shock and BB'ing (googling) like mad.
Thank you so much KitKat for the detailed post.

Hi Dusty, sorry I missed your message. Must subscribe to my own threads! Appointment went OK. FS says he's confident that we'll be able to have another baby. Thinks will probably fast track to IVF, but might have the option of trying 1 IUI. Although we really need to do a day 2 FSH. I am still waiting for AF, having weaned DS 4.5 weeks ago. Am having cycle tracking, and something is happening. Progesterone went up, so clinic say hopefully will have AF in a week or so. Really just want to get on with it and can't stand the waiting. xxxx

Hi CharlieBrownGirl. Sorry to hear you had some bad AMH results as well. It's scary, isn't it? Can I ask how old you are? I'm 35.

HoneyBee, all the best in the coming weeks with the appointments.

I have my specialist appointment tomorrow. I should know more hopefully then. I'm 28 yo. Thought I had all the time in the world to start a family

    Thanks Marcellus and Trillian xx

Got AF this morning actually. Am heartened that my body had actually cycled so quickly after stopping BF. So I supposed I'll have the CD2 BT tomorrow and then will know more. Bit anxious!! Fingers crossed I've started a blog for myself, but have made it for friends only because of my stalking issues in the past. I think you're all my friends, will check in case you're interested in following. I would love it if someone read it occasionally!

CharlieBrownGirl - Thanks hun. best of luck for your appointment today. I hope you can get some answers and they can give you some hope too, I'm sure the wonders of modern medicine will be able to give you your baby or babies. It must be very scary though, especially since you are young. Please let me know how your appointment goes

That's great that your body is doing what it does best, as horrible AF is that is great news AF has arrived. Hoping for great results from your blood test.

Thanks, I'm sitting in the waiting room... I'll update when I'm finished.

Oh, sorry about the multiple posts on your blog. I don't know what happened

Thank you for thinking of me
I posted the experience on the 12 month TTC thread. I'll link it when I get home as I cant do it on my phone and work has taken away 'social networking'

Hi CharlieBrownGirl - will go check out the thread. Hope it went OK xx

ETA - that sounds like it went OK. It's good that he wasn't too concerned with the AMH results, and still thinks that there's time. I guess it's just a wake up call to do something about it sooner rather than later. I hope you don't have too much trouble convincing your DP to get his swimmers tested, sometimes it's good to leave things in the hands of nature, but sometimes nature needs a bit of help. And if you do something soon, you might need lower intervention treatment than if you leave it for longer - you might be able to try IUI rather than go to IVF, that might be one way to sell it to him??

Can't believe that that parent left her/his kids in the car!!! And a baby no less, so dangerous.
