Wow it is so busy in here.
Firstly to N2L and Vic I think coming towards the end of the TWW is always so hard. I really hope that the BT comes back with a BFP for you both. In the mean time I wish you a positive on POAS. I know I have been incredibly lucky in the past as I only went through 2 cycles (1 fresh and 1 frozen) to get my DD but I was always too scared to POAS as I guess I just preferred to be in denial if that makes sense. In fact the only time I POAS was once I had my BFP confirmed by BT. Not sure about this cycle though I have a feeling I will be doing it.
Miss B yeah for PUPO! But boo for the pain. Hope it settles down soon.
Amy that's great about starting jabbing. You are on your way now!
Hello to Kerber, Keta, Myturn and anyone else I have missed I am on my mobile so it is a little hard to do persies sorry!
AFM still testing for ovulation and that is doing my head in. So scared of missing my surge. After talking to some lovely ladies in a Facebook support group I am part of I have decided to start testing twice a day. Have a scan tomorrow so that will give me a better idea of where I am at. So hope that I surge sometime this week. I really thought that I would not be as screwed up as I normally would because I'm not on any medication. How naive was I!

Hi everyone,
Not even going to attempt to comment about everyone... But please know I am following all of your progress and have my fingers crossed that we will all be chatting about how big we are getting and how difficult our pregnancies are!!
Amy- Yay for jabbing. told my DH I was going to jab him too, so he can feel the pain. although think it is pretty embarrasing that he has to go into a room and masturbate while everyone knows what he is up too!!!
Vic & N2L & MissB- I am petrified about the TWW. thankyou for sahring all your feelings so the rest of us know what to expect. GL to both of you xx
MissB- how long did you had off work after EPU?
Hope everyone else is doing well.
AFM, things feel like they are moving so slowly... I am bloated and still sooo tired with meds and getting more and more nervous about BT and US (cause this is where we got up to last time, before they cancelled us).
I went to a party on friday night, where at least4 of us that I know of are doing IVF. Me on my first, an 8 weeks pregnant woman on her second stim cycle and FET, a 8th cycle older woman and my sis on her 3rd stim cycle, umpteenth FET with a 3yr old miracle and 1 little angel baby. Just puts into pers[ectivbe how many people are going through this process- or as reality TV stars always say "Journey".
Love to all
xx Lise xx

Hello all..thought I would join.
I am starting my first IVF ICSI cycle in a few weeks, well starting the synarel... here comes the Brave New World!
good luck to all
-
Good luck revind! Welcome. :)
I just started the puregon following a down reg cycle (assume you're doing that too) syneral was okay. But it felt like being on the pill and taking syneral went for ages and it took forever to get here :)
So expect up feel like you're going crazy waiting!

Janie, don't worry hun, you won't miss O. In my natural FET, I bought the ovulation kits where you get a happy face when you're about to O (they are quite $$), instead of the tests where you watch for the second line to appear, as I was paranoid I would miss it. I got my happy face one day, but not without a bit of drama! The nurse told me to start peeing on a certain day, but I peed a couple of days earlier, and I got a happy face the next day! So I would have missed it if I started testing when she told me to. I used to have super duper regular cycles (exactly 29 days) so I typically O'd around day 14/15, but that naturat FET cycle I O'd day 12. Lucky hey?
Lise, I only took one day off after EPU in my first cycle, but 3 days from memory after I had the transfer done.
Welcome renvind! GL in your IVF journey!

:hello: ladies
Hope you all had a great weekend
:welcome: revind
Lisey - I totally agree with you, I went to a party on sat where 1 lady just had her BFP after 13 years of TTC and her many IVF tries, another lady was there who had a 4 yr old little boy through IVF and is going through it again to see if she can get a sibling and another lady that is utd naturally for the 3rd time. What a mix! Goes to show you can NEVER give up and everyones different!!
:goodluck: vic and n2l waiting on some good news from you ladies :crossfingers:
Hi to all and :pink-babydust:
AFM - still on the pill, feels like ages and am just waitin to get the rest of my meds to start synorel on 31Jan :)
Never thought I'd be happy about getting more medication but I suppose its another step closer to this whole process.
The weekend was great for DH too cos some of the guys that had gone through IVF with there wives told him there stories and it made him see that its not
so negative and low in success as he thought (he's the negative one in our relationship). Anyways was real good for me cos atleast now he's hearing "actual" stories from
real ppl he knows and he is more positive about it and thinking well it may not happen 1st go but there's a chance :crossfingers: !!

Miss B - Congrats on PUPO!!!!
N2L and Vic - hugs for whatever the week may bring, will be sending positive vibes
Keta - wow 2h drive to DTD - I would totally go for the fantastic courier idea! Drive safely while looking for a suitable company :)
Myturn, Blossom, Amy, and Jane (and anyone else) - tons of follie dust being couriered express - hope you doing OK with the jabbing
Renvind - welcome, know how you feel, I start synarel on the 28th, picked it up today :)
Blossom - only need one, remember :) GL for Tuesday
Vic - you are doing great with keeping up with it all, I considered making a spreadsheet to try and keep up!
AFM Picked up my Synarel to start 28th and had nice surprise that it is now included in fees. Have had a massive week with crisis with DH and have spent most of it in tears. Girlfriend has had crisis too and although I relish the opportunity to be there for her, I sadly don't have an awful lot left over right now. Oh well, c'est la vie and what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, huh? And you guys are right, the great news about there being so many of us is that the odds are good one of us will be UTD in the next few months if not the next few days! Hugs to you all and have a great week :)

Hi Girls
Sorry to all my stalkers for not getting on yesterday. I did POAS and it was a BFN
It was a really rough day yesterday, but in a way I am glad I did it on a Sunday with DH home with me. We were both pretty much a wreck for most of the day. I think he has just about had enough. As I said he got really invested this time around.
I rang the clinic this morning about having my BT today and they sympathetically said yes. So it was done on my way to work this morning. I am holding no hope whatsoever and have booked an appointment to see my FS for Thursday 2nd Feb as we have to start all over again :( I am not sure if I will have to wait a month off, which could be longer since my cycles are totally all over the place. I am hoping they will keep me on my prog until the appointment, get AF and start again. That being said I still have to work on the budget.
I dont think DH is keen to go straight into another cycle, but I feel like time is ticking and we have sort of given ourselves till May, June to end IVF and just resign ourselves that children may not be part of our lives. He would never deny me though and only wants me to be happy, but I do have to also consider his feelings too. He has been so good to me. I dont know how he doesn't cry. He looks so miserable.
I am keen to try a fresh cycle as I have not had one yet. I keep thinking that while the embies thaw, they dont continue to grow. And we have transferred day 3's and I am keen to try a day 5.
The TWW is definately the hardest part of the journey. The lining up, while hard and frustrating, is hopeful. The TWW is just a sit back and do that wait...
Sorry for the all about me. I will get on later and do persies.
Good luck for everyone this week, I know lot of you have a lot going on. Between the BT, EPU, IUI, US its going to be a busy week for us on here.
Sorry I couldn't start off the year with a BFP.
Good luck N2L. I will be thinking of you .

 Vic, a bfn is so hard always.xx
-
Oh Vic I am so sorry, that just sucks.
Sending you big cyber hugs.

LiseyT - GL with US tomorrow. It always amazes me too as to how many people have to use IVF/AC.
Renvind - welcome! Although I am sorry you have to join us.
Myturn - hope the jabbing is going well.
MissB - PUPO! Hope all is travelling well for you and thanks for your information from your natural FET.
Blossom73 - hope those follicles are growing heaps. GL with EPU tomorrow.
Mia01 - being on the pill is so hard as you feel like you are just treading water. Hope the 31st comes around quickly for you.
Kashby - almost ready to start the syneral - awesome!
N2L - how are you?
Vic - some more big hugs for you.
Hi to Amy, Kerber, Keta, Jane and anyone else I may have missed.
AFM - well scan this morning went well. My follicle is now 17mm and lining still a little on thin side but now 8mm. FS is not too concerned about lining but is putting me on pessaries after transfer to be on the safe side. He thinks I will ovulate today or tomorrow so have had a BT to confirm. Just waiting on nurse to call back so I know what happens next. He said transfer should be later this week so getting very excited/nervous. Can't believe my body is behaving itself.

Vic, I'm so sorry hunni. My heart just breaks for you :comfort: I'm hoping and praying the test is wrong. If this month wasn't meant to be, look into the day 5 transfer. I've had success with two embies being day 5 fresh transfer and a FET which was day 6 (it stopped growing on day 5 but picked up on day 6). I know as we're getting older our egg reserve depletes, but it looks like yours is still pretty good so give it a shot. Sending you and your hubby many hugs :grouphug: xoxox
-
Vic - biggest of big hugs. I guess you've had the blood test result by now.........Will keep hoping until I gear for sure.
N2L - you are quiet, hope you OK.
Be kind to yourselves.
-
Oh, and Vic if you need a break from doing the list for a while, I can try :) Let me know.
-
Hi all,
Vic, i am so, so sorry :( I know nothing can take away the pain and disappointment. It sucks. Plain and simple. Thinking of you...
I am heading for the same result. I have not tested again but this morning I had dark blood mixed with the crinone. I am 12dpo or 9dp3dt which is very early (I normally have a 16 day luteal phase) but with the Stims, etc, I guess everything is out of whack. I rang the clinic and I am doing my BT on Thursday, although I imagine AF will be here by then. Oh well, I guess I am just one of those for whom IVF doesn't work.... :(
Hi to everyone else. Hope you are all doing well :)
