I am sorry you too have had a crap day. I may not be able to help much other than to say while my clinic does not test levels during a cycle, I did not respond to the gonal f stim very well (262.5iui) and my fs upped it to 415 iui. It didnt do much at all. (see my posts). I definitely didnt hyperstimulate. Oh, and apparently gonal f and puregon are pretty much the same thing.

Sorry you have both had disappointing days, I don't really have any answers but I hope things get sorted soon. Its really hard to go through so much only to have things not go right, I felt the same when my 1st cycle got cancelled after 2 months of meds, etc. Its so unfair. Big hugs to you both xxx

Ladies i am so so sorry to hear such bad news in here :( it guts me to think such inspirational woman have to keep going through these hurdles! This is honestly the hardest journey and the most unfair! Nothing i can say will make you feel any better right now i just hope time heals your pain very soon. xxxxxxxx

afm - DH has just done the first injection. It was sore and is stinging now, but first I had to go through him feeling faint just holding the damn thing, and telling me not to make any noise cos it will freak HIM out! I had to talk him into stabbing ME with it :jawdrop: I hope he gets better at it because I may end up punching him!:rolleyes:

Williever - teehee, reminds me of when DH did my first jab for me. I remarked just before it that I felt a tad anxious about it and his reply was "well, I don't know what you've got to be nervous about" as he comes at me, brandishing a needle!!! First one is always the worst, you guys will be old hands at it before you know it :)
He was going to give up even before the first go. Glad he did do it. But really hope it improves tomorrow.......omg!

My first piece of good news in 24 hours....My clinic just told me both my eggs have fertilised. Still a long way to go, I know, but I think I need to celebrate these small wins :)

N2L - go little embies!! Quality, quality, quality - that's what counts.
I am (un)fortunate enough to work in the very lab where we do all of our BT (how's that for privacy, my workmates know my hcg results before I do . . . I digress) so did a little E2 on the side today which has more than doubled since yesterday's crappy test. While I feel a bit more positive, knowing that it is on the increase, I just wonder how quickly it should be doubling. I really need to learn a bit of patience and wait and see what tomorrow's scan brings, I'm pulling a sickie this arvo cos I'm tired of pretending that all is good.
Hi girls just wanted to pop in and join this group... I am on day 3 of Antagonist cycle 900 gonal F and trying a growth hormone this cycle too for the first time as i am a very poor responder.. I have started seeing a wonderful chinese doc in sydney and this will be my first cycle on the herbs as well.
After a long year last year TTC filled with lots of ups and downs and tears and heartache i am hoping that this year will be a better one.
I had my scan on Day 1 and i had 12 follies the most i have ever had to start!
I am very nervous and excited all at the same time dont want to get my hopes up too much anymore as we all know anything can happen!

yeah, me too, AF will be arriving tonight I think, so will start ocp tomorrow and sounds like we will be stimming at the same time ( hopefully you get in FX). Haven't had a bt myself yet but the result is obvious lol! When will you find out if get in?
