Hi all, wow it has really got busy in here. Will have to come back and read up on everyone's stories so sorry for lack of personals today.

I am CD1 today so about to embark on our natural FET. Waiting for nurse to call back to advise of next step.

    Hi all!

Hi Jamie, I'm also CD1 today! Woo hoo! We'll be close in our cycles

Well AF arrived early morning in full swing, will start jabbing tomorrow. So relieved as I'm out tonight anyway so it will be less stress free. Just have to watch my dvd on how to load that pen! lol.

Hope everyone had a good weekend

Just popping in to say hi to everyone. Just had my last dose of Stims and antagonist. I trigger tonight. I am very bloated and swollen My estrogen is high which, I guess puts me at risk of OHSS again Will the fun times never end?!

Good luck to everyone just starting their cycles!! May we all find that elusive BFP just waiting around the corner!!

    Take care all x

Oooooh how exciting N2L! I remember those puffy fish days! lol. My dose was 225 of the gonal f but this time they have put me on 350 (adjusted for my age) but I got 12 or 13 eggs back on the first cycle & I suspect the same will happen this time on the higher dosage (not how many eggs there will be but how bloated I'll be). I reckon I was borderline OHSS the first time and even the nurse agreed. GL with the trigger shot! I really wish and pray for a BFP for you this time hun

Thanks MissB! I have done 12 days of stims this cycle and my body has had enough I think. I feel nauseous and have put on three kilos in two days. My legs and boobs are aching. Wouldn't mind so much if I knew it was going to work, but it's hard to be hopeful after all this time. Oh well, what else would I spend my money on if I didn't have IVF?!

Dont listen to me anyway. It's the hormones talking....

We have to have hope hun, otherwise we wouldn't keep going! Now remember, keep thinking positive thoughts It's bloody hard because we really don't know the outcome, but we just have to believe we're giving 100% of ourselves to it all and that's all we can do. Big hugs and rest up

N2L - Good luck with your trigger tonight. I hate how bloated we feel and how much weight we put on. I am doing FET this month and its sooo much better. I am using up the last of my frosties, so will be back for Stim cycle next month.

It seems so busy in here. Good luck to those CD1 girls with your jabbing.

AFM - I fly over in the morning for my two frosties. I dont know how I feel about this round. We have kept it really quiet as last time we let all our family know and it was hard to tell so many people "no, I am not pregnant" even if its to family and very close friends. So we have told everyone we are having month off, apart from my boss. Just that this time works, like we all do I guess I have been dieting as I am trying to get rid of last cycle weight and christmas weight. I have lost 4 kilo and am feeling better. A bit more energy. I have decided to keep the diet going until the pregnancy test, which happens to be 2 days before my 41st birthday. Ugh! What a scary number, especially when trying to conceive. Wouldn't bother me otherwise.

Can anyone tell me about DTD while waiting for pregnancy test after FET. Some ideas are to not, and others say to go ahead. We didn't last time and BFN so this time may just be normal. My clinic said to go ahead, as the embies like it, but a lot of DR Google, says not to. Just wondering what your thoughts were and what you girls did and whats worked for you in the past.

Vic, with both my transfers (fresh & fet) we DTD the day before the embryo transfer. Don't know if it's pure coincidence but the embies stuck both times. The piece of paper they give you with info on the embryo transfer said it's recommended to DTD just before transfer. That was 3 years ago, don't know if much has changed since then

Miss B - YAY AF has arrived finally for you! I'm still waiting but sending you for your cycle!

Jamie71 - !! you and Miss B are both ahead of me so I'm crossing my fingers for you both

N2L - YAY to taking the trigger soon! for your BFP, exciting!!

Vic261 - have a good flight and I agree its hard not to say anything to anyone or to minimal ppl about whats happening but its prob best cos (like you said) its harder to have to say "no we got BFN" later on. Lets hope for a BFP that you can shout from the rooftops! BTW like Miss B said my nurse told us to DTD 3-4 days prior to transfer

AFM - still in limbo, AF is showing her usual signs (sorry if ) maroon cm and light bleed so am expecting her either tomorrow (1st day back at work YUK!) or Wednesday. Atleast then I can ring the hospital and start on the pill and I feel like I'm doing something. Right now I feel like a chook waiting for the egg or should I say PLENTY of eggs LMAO
Quick q, sorry Im sure I know the answer to this ridiculous q but thought I'd double check, on friends (I know I know reliable source) I saw yesterday that when Pheobe got her bro's triplets implanted she did her POAS test that very day. Now I was told by the nurse (MUCH more reliable source LOL) that you dont know if you're UTD until 2 weeks after transfer which would make the show TOTALLY wrong? Is this right??

ladies just thought I'd let you know that AF came today YAY so I've started the pill and the first step to IVF! WOOHOO!
Have to go to the FC on the 27th to pick up the synorel and the puregon injections. I start synorel on the 31st Jan and then the injections on the 08th of Feb so I asked the nurse if I could just pick everything up on the same day rather then having to take time off work twice. She said that was ok.
Not sure how long after I start the puregon I wait until the eggs are ready to be removed?? Anyone.....

    Hi everyone,

I am familiar with a couple of you from other forum... and everyone else- HELLO!!!

I had my clinic appointment today and started LUCRIN.. Yay!!!- much easier to give then orglautran. Will start puregon on day 1 of AF.

Miss B & Janie.. looks like we will be at same stages throughout.

Mia, thats exciting... it feels good to be starting (even if it is the pill, which feels like your going against everything youve been doing). as for egg pick up... you will go for blood test on roughly day 15 (or 7 days after you start puregon) then have an ultrasound about 3 days after that. on the day of the of U/S you will be told exactly when to give triiger and when you will need to come in for harvest. I only know all this cause I asked today xxx

Good luck MissB. 9pm is such a good time to choose.

I start jabbing (Gonal-F) on Friday. I'm too scared to do it myself so DH is going to do it for me.

Mia - my nurse told me that the length of jabbing before EPU depends on how your body responds to the meds. Its monitored closely via blood tests and ultrasound every few days. The estimated timeframe I have been given is 11 -15 days. Good luck hun.
