Thanks guys.
I thought AF was due Monday going by when I thought I o'd but it might have been anywhere up to Thursday. Just waiting for Af and I'll start the clomid this month. At least I know for sure when I o on that cause it hurts!
Jules- I'm actually wodering if I did o. Hade the usual signs but less pain than usual, but I put that down to not having clomid
Hope you're all ok!

Hi ladies
Bec did you do any OPK's this cycle? It's a bit of a pain not knowing if you O'd. I hope AF shows up soon for you. I hate getting a BFN and then having to wait for her to show up. I think out of all the waiting we do that one is the absolute worst.

Fs visit
Hi all
Well, we went to the FS today after our 4 rounds of Clomid! Going back on the Clomid wagon again for another 3 cycles - still 50mg - says because i'm ovulating there is no need to up the dosage.
He will also recommend us for IUI then IVF - IVF has an 18month waiting list here on the NHS. I'm hoping it doesn't go that far but who knows. Not really sure how I'm feeling at the moment about it all. Emotional...... as usual!

Morning all,
Clamgee, just wanted to send you big hugs! Hope you're feeling ok. A few questions, have you had a lap (sorry I can’t remember) did he mention maybe having one? That's great news that he will recommend you for IUI and IVF, nothing worse than having to fight for that. What's the waiting list like for IUI? Can you maybe pay for some cycles or either IUI of IVF whilst waiting for your free one? Sorry about all the questions I'm just very interested. Hopefully a few more rounds of Clomid will do the trick for you and you won't have to worry about any of that anyway. GL hun and fx.

Hello all! Hope you are all doing ok....
Bec - I understand your frustration of not knowing what is going on.... I acutually thought I O quite a few days ago but today I have sticky CM, almost like EWCM but I have no O pain, so I don't know what is going on. Maybe we should just DTD in case?! Gosh I wish it were easier!!!! What day are you going off that you O? Don't you have a 35 day cycle? (or am I getting confused?), so how many DPO do you think you are??? Sorry for all the q's....
Claudette - OMG 18 month waiting list - that is madness, can you go on the list now whilst ttc on Clomid, so it cuts down the wait time? I hope you get your BFP on Clomid, I was on 50mg & although I never fell pg I did O and felt O pains, which is much more that I usually got. I will have more info next week after seeing OBS/GYNO & will KUP.
-
Bec big  coming your way, hopefully a blood test will give you the anwers. The one thing about me is that I don't get my periods due to my PCOS so even if I don't get my periods doesn't mean that I am PG, which makes it hard.
Claudette hopefully you won't need to do IUI or IVF, but at leats now your FS is listening and he will be putting you on the wait list for it. And don't worry about being emotional, with what our bodies are going through both physically and metally we should be aloud to be emotional sometimes.
AFM we went to our FS app this morning and I know that I'm not PG as he did an internal ultrasound and had a look at my uterus. I think my DH still has to get used to be in the room while he does them. Our FS lets DH see the screen which is good cause he knows what is going on (when he wants to though). Anyway our FS was going to get us to try the FSH injections but as he is going on holidays for 3 weeks in July he isn't as it was going to be then that he has to monitor me with ultrasounds every couple of days. SO we are still just on the provera and clomid for this cycle but I am now going to have 150mg of clomid.
Well I better go and pick up DH from work. GL everyone.

Hi girls,
The good news is that I am feeling decidedly periody today, so hoping AF arrives tonight. Never thought I'd be so happy AF was on it's way, but it's better than not ovulating!
Porsche- I didn't OPK this month becasue FS said it might not work becasue of the FSH injections (apparently they give a false positive?) Since I'll be back on clomid next month I will OPK this month, although I kind of know what to expect at least!
Jules- I normally have a 35 day cycle but I thought I ovulated at about CD17 which was a good 5 days earlier than normal. Turns out it was still CD2, just had CM for longer! Hopefully you are ovulating. Get to it girl! Are you feeling ok for all that though?
Claudette- Glad you were to FS and at least touched base. 18 month wait for IVF! At least your on the list now so if it does come to that you're a little closer to the top of the list. Hopefully the next 3 round eventuate in a BFP and you won't need to worry. FX for you
Liz- I know exactly what you mean about no AF!!! Without clomid I can go about 16 months without AF. It's heartbreaking when you think AF is due and it doesn't come so you get excited and then find out that not only are you not pregnant you're not even ovulating!!! I fully get your frustration. With clomid, I have a had the first regular cycle I've had since I was 18 when things went haywire. So sorry you're out for this month. Were you ovulating on 100mg? (I can't get back to the other page to check, sorry) The FSH injections is much more full on, so hopefully the clomid works and you don't need to go there! (It's not that bad, but more monitoring).
AFM: AS I said hopefully AF will be here tonight so a new cycle! I went to a psychic who said I'd conceive a baby during the cancerian starsign so maybe this will be the time! (I'm not holding my breath but you never know!)
Bec

Well Bec, FX for you! Plus Cancerian starsigns are awesome ;)
I want to try to dtd even though my belly button is still sore, just not for baby making but for intimacy - it's been a while and if we are going to go mad next month and beyond then I feel we should just for the fun - IYKWIM? I really just want to be pg I guess and I am looking for any signs without OPK's & temping (both I didn't really like doing). I am feeling a little left out of my mums group as all the girls have either had their second or are having their second - one of my closer gf in the group is 14 weeks without actually really trying for it that month - she didn't want a December baby & they were in the process of starting IUI..... I just want to be part of the happy stuff too :)
I am going to a psychic & crystal healer on Tuesday (not that DH knows as he 'doesn't beleive in that stuff') just to see what she thinks about all this ttc bizo (prior to OBSGYNO appt). I have heard excellent reports about this lady (I haven't been to her before) so I am hoping this sheds some not so medical advice on things....
Anyway, off to bed and speak soon
Take care all, thinking of you always my lovelies :)

Hi Ladies
All this talk of psychics. I was going to get my mum to organise going to one next week end. I've been bugging her for the last 6 months to go so I think I'll make her make the appointment. The particular one we will go to is one I have been to before and she was very accurate.
I made my appointment with QFG to start IVF. I go back on the 22nd of June to start. I'll know by then if we are UTD as AF is due on the 20th.
Keli - Good luck for your scan today. I'm sure it's all fine! Thinking of you!
-
Porsche - good luck this month. how does it feel having the IVF appointment made? a bit daunting? I am going through QFG for my monitoring and IUI. would be very funny if I had actually seen you in the blood test line up in the morning without knowing it!
Rhi - I know exactly what you mean - I always make sure we DTD when it is NOT egg time so DH knows I still care about him, not just his sperm. lol.
Bec - it is relieving when you work out where you are at in your cycle. I hate that feeling of being confused and kind of out of control when you don't know what your body is up to.
Liz - good luck with this orund of clomid. Hopefully it is enough and you don't have to do the FSH. I hope the 150mg doesn't give you any trouble. My DH doesn't come in the room for internal u/s. I think he is happy to sit those out! Although he was interested to see pics of poly cystic ovaries and normal ovaries that I googled for him.
Claudette - what a waiting list! I guess it is good that NHS covers it but it is a long time to wait.
Keli - I hope your scan went well.
AFM - studying hard to try and keep my mind of TWW. I'm 11DPO and slight temp drop today so AF is probably arriving on the weekend - perfect timing! I did a test today (can't help myself) which was BFN and I'll test tomorrow if my temp looks good but really expecting it to drop and AF to arrive. Oh well. at least the other half of my box of clomid won't go to waste!
-
Hi hannahfroodoo
I'm very relieved now that I've made the appointment. I'm itching to get started. After the last 16 months of trying it really feels like we'll be doing something not just sitting around waiting IYKWIM.
It would be very funny if we accidentally were in the line up lol. I often think about that as there are so many who go there. Who is your DR?
-
Just a quicky. STILL NO DAMN AF!!!!
Oh well, we'll wait to see what BT turns up next week.
HUgs to all. Will do persies later

wow it looks like everyone is up to the same thing, waiting for AF to arrive or a BFP at the moment. well I'm on day 2 of provera so right at the beginning of this cycle and just wanting it to be over and done with now with having a BFP.
I got a little emotional last night, we went round to my sis in laws place for her b'day for dinner and I got to hold my new nephew(born on tues) which is all good, but then DH had his hold and he was just so comfortable and it looked so good. I just so want to give him the children that we both want and he deserves.
The thing I hate the most is his folks keep asking when we are going to start TTC and I can't do it, when his sister, my sister and my mum know what is happening. DH said to his mother years ago that we may never have any, but as usual she don't listen to a word that is said. I'm not comfortable in telling them what we are going through at the moment cause they just don't understand the whole assisted conception as DH bro and sis had both their families without any help and his dad is a prude and won't talk about anything to do with "bedroom"conversations. Plus then all the pressure of money and questions is just not worth the extra stress.
Hopefully this month will be a good one for us. Sorry for the rant, just needed to get it off my chest.
GL to everyone
-
Bec - Sorry that AF hasn't shown yet but maybe it will be good news instead ;)
Hey Liz, maybe you should tell your IL's what is happening then they might back off. My gf just had a baby yesterday & whilst I am so happy for her, I just want another one to add to our family, so I understand how emotional you are feeling right now. Huge hugs & tons of baby dust to you.
Hi to everyone else, hope you are all well :)
-
Hello everyone i did my progression levels today.Hopefully i get some good results on Monday .I was reading about some progression cream ,does that really work? thank bye Linda
-
Hi Linda, Best of luck with your prog test. Not sure about the cream but I would think it would have some benefit, but to what extent I don't know.
Hope everyone else is enjoying their weekends

Hi all,
Time for a new thread here.
All the best to every one of you.
