Melzi.. I would take it at night.. It doesnt make a huge difference to the medication, but it does help with the side effects as you tend to sleep through them...

Tash.. DTD just isnt as fun when you are TTC.. Its all about timing, hormone levels, CM.. Dont feel bad about it.. We are all or have been in the same boat at one time or another!!

Thanks for the well wishes girlys!!

Melzi dont google clomid lol, I did that and had second thoughts about all the side effects. Just go with it and give it a try. I had no side effects from it what so ever.

I also took it at night after advice from the lovely ladies here.

    hi girls,

bleesedatlast: oh clomid sounds like it was really harsh on you ! good luck tomorrow

im hearing you girls on the ttc dtd, we are due to do it tonight, i hope i can more enthused as the time approaches !

melzi: my old specialist said to take clomid days 4-8 but my new one says days 2-6 to reduce the chance of multiples, who knows if it makes a difference, this time i did it day 3-7 but only because i forgot to get the script filled for day 2 lol i also took it at night and don't have too many problems on it, i get hot flushes and ovary niggles throughout the cycle

afm: i have lots of ewcm today but it seems to happen at this time every cycle and then i still don't ovulate for another week

A selfish post for me.. ( I also posted this in the TTC after stillbirth or loss, so sorry to repeat myself to those also in that thread...)

Good results : Turns out I did in fact O, my day 21 progesterone is 200 which apparently could either mean a pregnancy or over stimulation of the ovaries. So the doctor told me to think positive, but if I'm not pg this month we will continue on clomid for 3 cycles, if no pregnancy she wants to check my tubes I really hope for a BFP in the next few months.. At least my body is responding to clomid! DP's S/A was fine

Day 29 now, 13DPO I know I could test now, but don't want to in case I get a BFP but have an early loss.. Pray that AF stays away for 5 more days.. Then I'll test

ETA: Do any of you know what your levels were on 1st clomid cycle?

I'll be even more stoked if the I'm pregnant Lol.. 2yrs in May it will be since I have been off contraception.. (I was only on it cos doctors said it would be very risky for me to fall pg so soon after a classical cut c-section) Almost 2.5yrs since I lost my twinnys A little bit emotional thinking about them lately.. I wish they were here.

My progesterone levels have been between 180 and 205. I asked my FS if high levels were ok and he said it is fine, but I don't know anyone else that has had such high levels! My last cycle before this one it was 203 and my FS made me do a PG test at his office because he thought I was PG, but of course it was a BFN.

    Good luck

    hi there ,

BAL : i just had a CD 21 BT done today i=on my second round of 50mg Clomid so i should be able to tell you in a couple of days...my first one wont be any help to you as it was 34 ( also on 50mg ) and all my gyno told me back then - all good this level indicates that i O'd ....makes me wonder sometimes how these levels can be soooo different between all of us and are still supposed to be normal ? i hear you reg wishing your twins were here ... i had a early loss so its not near the same as what you were going through but i miss them bad right now as this friday on DH B'Day last year we found out that we were expecting twins ...

    Hope everyone is well.

Tash - I just wish I would stop getting my hopes up.. I think yes, then no.. As I have said before going by my chart, my temps are so erratic it's not a pregnant looking chart, but the doctor kept telling me to think positive.. I felt like she thought I was but didn't want to say anything.. Oh well, as long as AF stays away there is a chance..

Gecko - Sorry for the loss of your twins too I will be interested to see what your levels are this cycle..

Sorry ladies... Oops. I just kind of plodded along and expected you all to know it was me lol. For those of you who don't... Melzi19...

Well, my temp took yet another dive. Definitely didn't ovulate. I've put the opks away as I've nearly used 2 months supply just on this month alone. Don't let me pick another one up lol!!!

Roll on af! I'm not going to repeat my cd21 bloods this cycle as I know the numbers will just put me down... Not going to do that to myself.

Hope everyone's well... Brewing up lots of big sticky eggies!!! Ready for a bfp! Xx

    Hi girls,

BAL - my first progesterone test was 85, apparently that was very very good too! I too dont know what is considered the norm.

Tasha, are your BD chores over for this month yet? heheh they are chores arent they

Hope you ladies catch the egg this month, I mean easter is coming up, there should be plenty of eggs!!!!!!!!!

AFM: Went to see GP yesterday has ive had spotting with red blood since CD23. She kept going its AF. I said I dont think so because AF has NEVER EVER came this early for me.

In the end we did a blood test to see if i was UTD or not but i doubt it as POAS all BFN.

She said the spotting could be due to ectopic pregnancy which got me all scared

she wasnt very nice =( as she didnt even hear me out about my cycle.

    Grrr

Will keep you guys up to date when i get by test results at 12

Well ive been spotting since CD23 and went to see the GP yesterday. She was no help at all,
