    Hi ladies,

I will catch up and some personals tomorrow.

I just jumped onto BB whilst at work. I'm bored and time is going incredibly slow. I hope the rest of the TWW goes really fast. The first half of the cycle felt like so much action sniff this, inject that, run here for a scan and there to see the nurse. Now all there is to do is wait. I've never been patient. I'm not expecting to be UTD this cycle as I know I'd have to be pretty lucky for that to happen and after all the cramping from EPU I can't believe anything would want to hang around in there. AAGGH time, hurry up, I feel like you've stood still. Hopefully the weekend will offer some much needed distraction.

I started cramping badly this morning so rang my clinic and asked if I could get my BT this morning. I did - and my HCG at 14dpo was 183 with progesterone at 265. Not having another BT until next Friday so I will be hanging around here for a while yet. I feel completely exhausted from this process so not really excited as I know I have a way to go yet before it's really worth celebrating.

Still have my awful cough though, so anyone worried that you won't get a BFP if you have a cold/cough, don't worry

    Hi,

Lairdoz - why can't you have a BT earlier next week so you can get an idea of whether the hcg is going up or down? I completely understand your exhaustion and desire not to get too excited just yet. So, I won't jump up and down for you yet but will breathe a sigh of relief that your little bub has implanted itself in there. Hope the cramping has ended

Lisa - I know exactly what you mean with time standing still. I just wish there was something I could be doing to make sure this whole thing would work.

    AFM - waiting...

    BT dates
    Lairdoz ~ 25 June 2010??
    Terry ~ 22 June 2010
    timeforafamily ~ 25 June 2010

    Lisa ~ 30 June 2010

Lairdoz - Big congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you. I know what you mean though about it being such an exhaustive process if only people really knew what we go through hey!

Kaybee - My blood test is sat 26th June. This is the first time we've done a 3dt rather tha 5dt so I feel a bit ripped off having an extra two days in my 2ww!!

Lisa B - I agree time drags & sometimes I lay awake at night thinking please work please work then feel absoluted shattered the next day for having no sleep, probably why I've come down with this darn cold!!

AFM - I POAS this morning (6dp3dt) as I wasnted to see if the pregnyl was out of my system, which it was the test was BFN. So now, the POAS addict that I am if I do get a second line I'll know that I might just be in with a chance. I remember with my last BFP I started to get a faint second line at
6dp5dt, so comparitvely that would would be Sunday for this cycle.

Lairdoz - an awesome result so far, congratulations on getting this far and I hope the good news continues. I understand that you don't won't to get your hopes up too high as yet.

LMM - wow 6dpt that is so quick to get a result. I'm sure if a BFP doesn't show up on POAS then it is probably a little early. Hoping your BFP shows up really quickly. I wonder how I'm going to feel when I get a second line one day, I've only had a false positive so far. I remember from a previous post that you do aerobics. Do you still do it during the TWW? I was thinking about returning to pump but not to step and then skipping the sit ups.

Kaybee- yeah I know I wish there was more of a forumula for how to get the embie to stick. It all really seems to unscientific at this point, all you can do is hope and pray. Thanks for doing the BT list it's most helpful.

Sorry to any ladies I have missed, particularly as I can't scroll onto the last thread to assist with my replies.

    Morning ladies

Sorry haven't been ignoring you but my pc at home is sick and being repaired so couldn't get on line on the weekend

Lairdoz I know you don't want to celebrate yet but I'm so happy that something is happening for you I'm sure tomorrow will just confirm your numbers going up

TFF your HPT results sound promising I hope that Friday comes around quickly for you and just confirms things

MM I'm sure everyone understands how you are feeling especially since you don't feel like you are out of the woods yet. We spend all this time worrying about get a BFP and then it seems even when we do we still worry. Sending you some big hugs

AFM well didn't POAS at all even though I was tempted went through the last few days just willing myself along. Have had some cramps on and off like AF is coming but still no sign which is really good. I'm still scared though cause during one of my cycles I made it all the way to BT and still got a BFN I was on the cronine that time not sure if its any different taking the pressaries. So I'm still praying for my little miracle and hoping so so much that tomorrow brings me the joy I've been waiting for

LisaB - I haven't gone back to aerobics as my FS did say to try to avoid any strenuous/jumping etc during the 2ww, but I was thinking I may go to yoga tonight.

Time4Family - Ohhh, congrats sounds very promising, fingers crossed for you

Yogi - Welcome, hope the 2ww is a quick one for you (yeh right!!!)

Lairdoz - good luck with your second blood test tomorrow

AFM - I have show great restraint & have so far not POAS. Even though I did buy a three pack on the weekend, they're still sitting unopened in my bathroom cupboard. I'm really not feelig confident though, I have absoultely zero, zip, nada symptoms. And to be honest, if I do POAS, I don't think I can face the BFN. Because I have been blessed with having a BFP in the past, I keep trying to compare. Last time I had a little spotting & the on going cramping as my only symptoms but as I said nothing this time!! Oh well, still just one day at a time.

    Quick Question

    Hey guys,

I got my hcg back for today and it was 5000. Last thursday it was 4000. The nurse said this was good, but aren't they supposed to double? They booked me in for another BT on Friday and I was pretty sure this was supposed to be my last... can anyone tell me, is this a bad sign?

Sorry no persies, I'm at work and stressed out

    Hi Minime,
I'm so sorry you are stressed - it's preparing you to be a Mum already isn't it!

I know from my extensive HCG googling over the last couple of days that HCG numbers can slow down and speed up again, so unless they are worried, don't stress. They def. slow down as the numbers get higher too. If you are really worried, please make sure you call the nurses to tell you what they think as often I find they just repeat what the doc says then if you ask them, they will give you more info and their thoughts on it which can be good given their experience. I hope you and I make it into the pregnancy forum soon heah?

Wow Lairdoz...thats FANTASTIC!!! Maybe the embie you transferred could have split? Or if its not twins you definitely have one strong bub who's snuggled in nice & tight!! Big congrats to you. Are you having another BT again soon?

Congratulations too to oneday86!! What were your levels out of curiousity? and how many days are you?
Timeforafamily great that the second pink line is getting darker, its such a wonderful sight!!

Unfortunately from the highs we have the lows and i want to send my heartfelt thoughts to Terry & Littlemissmoo who got that awful news today that we all dread...big hugs for you both, we are all here if you need a few shoulders to cry on

Lisa sorry to hear you are feeling down, you have every right to feel the way you do, regardless of how many cycles we have all done...its never an easy process. When is your Bt again? Remember you are still in the game at this point in time so try, as hard as it is, try to keep chin up and think positive embie growing thoughts into your tummy tum tum

Buggirl congrats on your bfp but sorry you are going through a nervous time. Did they say what the levels were? You are doing the right thing by the extra support so all you can do is hang in there and hopefully bub will be strong. Thinking of you

Sorry i've missed a lot of you again, but am always praying for you all. Be kind to yourselves ladies, we most certainly deserve that!!
    Goodnight!

    Hi Ladies,

This is my first post. I am on the 1st FET from my 2nd full stim cycle of IVF, and well into the TWW. My BT is on 14 July, but I usually get my AF beforehand, so I should have a good indication how this cycle is going by next Friday. Am feeling positive about this one though....just impatient!

Anyway, fingers and toes crossed for you all!

    Hi everyone
I'm back on TWW exactly a month after my last attempt - it's really good to see that there have been a few BFPs in that time - congratulations everyone!
Hope this month will be the one!
