Thanks girls ill be ok had my big cry, thinking about planning my next and last cycle!!! Going to seminar tomorrow with doc from Argentina re donor embies and eggs be a reality hit but need to be realistic and check other options now not 100% though!
Does anyone recommend doing a laproscopy before I do my next cycle? It's been 4 years want to try anything now.

Blossom, it took a lap for us to get DD, but I had suspected endo for 10 years at that point (but had been repeatedly told by Drs that my pain was "normal"). If you want to take a "leave no stone unturned" approach and you haven't had one, then it's a valid diagnostic tool, but it does come with all the risks of abdominal surgery. I went into my first lap knowing that a woman I went to school with had terrible complications from a lap she had for her endo (and that she went to the same hospital and may even have had the same surgeon), but it was worth the risk to increase our chances of success (and it worked!). The risk vs reward considerations are a very personal thing, so no-one can tell you whether you should or shouldn't do a lap, but they can give you different ideas and points to consider in making your decision.

yeh, I agree with juniper do the lap - I got pregnant with DD after mine. Found endo and removed a heap of fibroids.
Anyways - got my confirmed BFN .. sorta excited at the prospect of changing to a different clinic, but feeling guilty also (thanks to the nurse on the phone) but they didn't feel guilty about not seeing me when I was in hospital.

this is now my second cycle after my lap Bloss, it cost me a sml fortune but they did find some endo and a very blocked lft tube which was cleared out.... im hoping it helps :dunno: but its made me feel a lil better... i dont have so much cramping throughout the month it seems now which is good.
id say give it a go if you can xoxox
I am so grumpy today. I'm on CD19 and should have BD'd yesterday but didn't. DH came home late from work and had drunk a bottle and a half of wine I got so angry with him that I just went to sleep. I am now desperately hoping I haven't wasted the cycle by missing this day. My last cycle on clomid I got AF smack bang on CD28, that means I O'd on CD14. So I am hoping this cycle is the same.
BT on Monday (CD21) to see if I've double O'd. Bleh bleh bleh. Tired and over it today. Oh pounding headache too. Joy.
aw pinkseamonster!! ... i know that situation too well, and theres a few times i coulda wrung my DH s neck for doing the same thing! lol its already hard enough!
but they dont understand sometimes and theres nothing we can do! infact its all a big game of everything out of our hands i think sometimes!... my DH refuses to take supplements to boost his guys, he says they are perfect" lol and he thinks i am way over the top with trying to stay healthy to TTC, and i probably am, but hey being a LTTTC'er i think we need all the help we can get!

I am feeling better today. Not grumpy at the DH anymore. I'm just tired and this cycle is getting to me. They say Clomid can effect your emotions, so I am hoping it's just that and I'll push through.
One hopeful spark is that I realised I didn't get any mid cycle spotting around CD 18. For the last 6 months or so I've been getting this in my cycles, so I am hoping this is a good sign!!
Blood test to see if I've double O'd tomorrow. Then the wait continues...
Good luck for tomorrow psm. I hope you o'd. Clomid made me evil too. Sometimes DH just had to breath too noisily and it would irritate me. lol.
Yeah i hear you! Clomid made me a horrid too!... grumpy and up and down!
im not on it now thankfully, im taking puregon and it seems alot kinder to my emotions lol. but i do have to jab every day instead of pop a pill! i think the mucking of our allready fradgile emotional state is the worst side of LLTTC!!
