Hi everyone, I haven't posted for a while. Can someone update me on everything please!? My Internet is so slow lately it will take forever to go back pages!

Well, I am CD24 today. I had very slight pains on Thursday last week (CD20) and felt really bloated, so I think it was O. We didn't BD though until Friday night so I don't think there is much of a chance. I am yet to make an appointment with my FS because I am out of clomid, my 6 months is up
    Hope everybody is well xx

I have not posted for a while but i will read back and catch up sorry. I really need some advice. My last blood test for day 3 my progesterone was -0.5, LH 4, E2 360, FSH 8, I'm a bit worried about my E2 cause its quite high which indicates ovarian faliure has anyone had this or know anything about it? Also my progesterone is low which i asked about progesterone support she has written a script for me for cream but told me to start it day 21 and that it could stuff up my cycle does anyone know about this as well? I would really appreciate any advice. Thank You

I wish I could help, but I've got no idea rai (sorry!) - I didn't know progesterone could be negative though!

Sorry I haven't come in and updated lately.
DS never got his 18 month appt, the CHN was sick and I got called as we were on the way that it was cancelled. Apparently they're going to reschedule but that was 2 weeks ago they said that.
AFM, I definitely think I O'ed this time, especially with all the EWCM (just look at my chart!) and the definitive positive OPKs I had (though I should learn my lesson from last time!) but don't know where exactly I am in the TWW. I never got to go for my CD21 BT on CD21, but I'll probably go for it next week sometime (when I THINK I'm on 7DPO)

Rai high e2 doesn't indicate ovarian failure. My e2 levels were 600 something, before o and 781 7days past o! Hope that helps.

    Rai,
If it helps any, my figures were as follows...
    LH - 2.3
    Progesterone - 2.9
    Estradiol - 178
    FSH - 5.5
    AMH - 17.9 (between 14 - 25 is normal)

I was told I had "surprisingly good" ovarian reserve by my FS (I guess based on my age). My understanding is the most important results are the FSH and the AMH.
Did you get the AMH done?

That's great M2OSB! It's amazing how crap you can feel when your out of work. I was out of work for 2 months after Christmas when i left my job after 6 years, I started to feel so sad. Are you still taking clomid? What has your FS recommended?

rai-Sorry i have no idea! But good luck anyway.

AFM-No signs of anything as usual. I think this cycle was a fail again. A friend of mine recommended a really good naturopath, I am considering going natural.

Not on clomid but I started diabex whch is metformin.

I havent had my full blown af since feb 25 since I stopped clomid.

In the process of getting another fs but she prescribd diabex for me so im giving that a try.

Do u have pco tasha? Apparently it is recommended to try diabex b4 clomid but my fs put me straight on clomid.

Naturopath sounds good and I heard accupuntre also is good.

I dont know, at this stage we are willing to try it all hey.

M2OSB - Oh that's great! I'm probably not going to test till I think AF is due. According to FF, I'm 6 DPO today - my chart is looking pretty nice actually I'll be doing my BT tomorrow before work (stupid, I know but I needa get it done) and if I do test (I've run out of my cheapy tests but can't afford anymore atm - except for one) - It'll probably be 12DPO or after

Well I didn't even get to day 21. This is cd1 for me! Today would have been cd19 cycles only lasting 18-24 days without clomid. At least its lengthening my lp. Hmm. Round 2 of clomid. And hubby will be home for this one! Lucky cycle 10

    Good luck hun

I got my letter from my gyno with my BT results. I thought it was going to say that I didn't O - But I got a letter saying 'Your progesterone levels came back at 24. This confirms ovulation but is not adequate but has occurred. Please make an earlier appointment to see me'
So at least I know I O'ed this cycle! But, is there any chance that I could perhaps have fallen pregnant with such low levels?

Hi girls, sorry I have been MIA, I have been reading but since I am day 69 of my cycle, I don't really have anything to write except FRUSTRATION! I had terrible pain last Tuesday which I think could have been ovulation but I was too scared to DTD in case I fell pregnant but miscarried cause I can't imagine my uterus would be much good with so much lining being so late in my cycle! My appoint with the gyno is on Tuesday (day 72) so at least we can make a plan and hopefully start the clomid again soon.

Does anyone know what an average length of cycle is for someone with pcos?

DD - I am not sure about the levels? I think mine was around 30 with Ella at my day 21 blood test but I could be wrong, I am sure I remember my gyno saying it needed to be over 15?? Hope you can talk to your gyn soon to get more answers - Maybe you will be put on clomid too? I was just looking at your ticker and noticed your day 33 but only 12dpo, so that would effect your levels too if you ovulated later than day 14 in your cycle, so of course having the blood test on day 21 wouldn't be a true indicator?/

Lysndan - you are the opposite to me with having such a short cycle - Why cant my cycles be shorter and yours be longer!!! Hope clomid is successful for you this cycle.

Mum2 - gluck - hope you caught the eggie!

    Tasha - fingers crossed!

Rai - Im not sure about what the levels mean, but I hope using a cream might help you!

Nothing to lose - Hope you get a sticky egg, going through IVF must be very hard

Minni - how are you going??

    baby dust to all!!!

erybery - He did talk bout putting me on Clomid if I didn't fall pg before my next appt which was going to be at the end of July. He was giving me 4 months of trying, then we were going to look into Clomid. Maybe he wants me to start on it earlier? I actually had the BT on CD28 which was 7DPO. I was told those tests were made for 7DPO and that's when I had it.
