Praying this run continues for all you lovely ladies x
Well, I guess you no longer have to say congrats to me. I had a miscarriage at 5 o'clock this afternoon.
Mum-2-Be - I hope you have better luck than me...
Minime, im so sorry, is it because you are bleeding you believe this, i bled with my current pg. I would suggest you call the clinic and get another BT.
Bleeding can be common. I started on the day of my BT and continued till 15 weeks, with your numbers so high i would get a repeat.
Holding your hand. x
I just got off the phone to the doc... he said there is still a small chance the pregnancy is intact because my numbers were so good, but he said they could of been on the decline this morning, there is no way to know. The bleeding is really heavy with clots, so it doesn't look good.
Ok so did the FS say that he will get you in for another BT? tomorrow?
I will be praying hun
Thursday. I'm going to stay at home and take it easy tomorrow and call them to let them know how it's going.
Another thing my FS made me do was increase my P4, have you got any spare at home? Thursday will seem like so far away i know.
My GP would often send me for another BT if the clinic was making me wait, only for my mental health.
It's a scary awful time Minime - Will be thinking of you and hoping for good news come Thursday
My P4 was over 100. I took 2 pessaries, but I think 1 came out with the blood...
The FS said that tomorrow would probably be too soon to tell. I think I'll just wait, I've been waiting for 2 weeks anyway!
Thanks Marcellus. This forum was the first place I wanted to go when I got the good news and the bad (except DH and mum, of course). You guys are so supportive!
minime - oh doll i am soo sorry. how stressful. praying that your bt still has no.s going up. loula awesome advice and good timing. take care minime.....big hug. xx
Minime - I can only imagine how you must be feeling - big hugs
:hug:Minime - sounds like a good plan taking some time off. More waiting :wall:
Minime ~ I'm so sorry, I can't image what your going through right now. However, I agree with Loula - bleeding is common with IVF (lady in the next office did IVF 8 weeks ago and started to bleed right after her positive BT - Dr said it was ok (normal), but to rest for a few days and no "special cuddles" till week 12), so try to stay positive till tomorrow's results. If it is all ok, keep off work for a few more days. that everything is ok for you.
Minime my thoughts and prays are also with you. Like some of the other ladies have said don't give up hope women have bleed before and still managed to carry to term.
Hey Guys,
Thanks for all your support. I have stopped bleeding today, which is good (stopped about 9:30 last night when I went to bed). I have to wait till this afternoon to call the FS to see what he says. I was thinking about taking a HPT this afternoon to see if it comes up positive, but it probably still will at this stage, right? Also, I have a cold at the moment, and every time I sneeze I get a stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen. Has anyone else had this? At this stage I keep thinking I'm leaking and rushing to the bathroom (in the backyard, since we are renovating) but I think it is just the daily reappearance of my pessaries... I'm trying not to be too hopeful, but also not un-hopeful, if you know what I mean.
Hi minime, so glad things have settled a little, another thing i should have mentioned was that my nurse told me to put the pessaries up my bottom as they are absorbed better (my P4 was over 10000!!) but it will also stop any irratation for the bleeding.
i still knicker check for blood even though i havents seen any for 16 weeks!
Hi Minime - as per my comments in the other forum, bleeding is common, so hopefully it has settled down. Thinking of you :)
minime- bleeding is common (and stressful), so I hope all is ok with you and settled down now. It's such a rollercoaster!
afm- it's early, but i caved today at 10DPO and did a HPT...negative, I thought it would be really.
Minime, I'm so glad to hear it has stopped! I hope it was just your little bean snuggling in. I had bleeding at 14dpo (red) and was sure it was AF starting (beta was 16dpo). I'm also getting a pain like you mentioned (down around hip height?) when I sneeze or cough, but thankfully not every time. Boy does it hurt when it happens though!!
Hi Juniper,
Thanks for the support. I don't think this was implantation bleeding. I lost probably 500mL in 4 hours including golf ball sized clots. I'm glad the sneezing pain isn't too weird, but you're right, it does really hurt! Another 40mins until I can call the FS, I'll let you all know what he says.
Possums - Don't give up yet, that's pretty early for a positive hpt. Good luck
Hi ladies,
I hope you don't mind if I jump in. I just had my transfer today.
Minime - what a bumpy ride you are having, I hope you have some good news. I will be thinking of you.
Possums - damn about that BFN. I hope it was just a little to early to show up.
Hope everyone else is holding up in here.
AFM: I had my transfer today. It was the most painless thing I have done so far in this TTC saga. I still have horrid memories of my HSG. I"m still really crampy from EPU. Nearly went to sleep on the acupuncturist table today, whilst I normally relax I pretty much nearly nodded off today, must have been the stress of everything. I know people say to lay around on the transfer day, but it just isn't me so I had a nice day having lunch and hot chocolates.
Lisa - welcome and hope you are only here once! glad everything went well yesterday.
Minime - I hope the BT today brings some clarfication on what is happening for you :)
Terry - hope you are surviving the awfulness that is the 2WW!
Possums - I hope it was too early for HPT xx
Timeforafamily - hope you are doing OK too and that your embies are settling in for a loooooong stay!
Hi to anyone I have missed
AFM - The usual hell that is the 2WW is taking over my life. Have started cramping today, so feeling negative. DH asked last night if we should stop. I guess he's right given any future cycles will be our 7th for the yeat and given all the changes, this had made this a huge issue (which I know so many of you also are feeling!). A good friend e-mailed me yesterday to tell me she's 15 weeks pregnant. I am seeing her this morning, so hopefully can be happy for her even though I know she can't afford her baby, even though of course she gets hers for free.....
MiniMe ~ thinking of you and
Another possibility is that maybe you had a twin. I have everything crossed that the bleeding is just normal that some people get. All the best hun -- big hugs x
Just popping in to wish MM all the v=best today
and to all you other ladies too! xx
Hi ladies
MM hope that everything went well for you today
Lisa welcome to the 2WW hope that your time here flies by and isn't to stressful
Lairdoz hope your spirits have lifted and your back in a postive frame of mind and that you catch up with your friend today was ok
AFM am now counting down the days and starting to go crazy and also have the first signs of a cold coming on. Still not feeling any different apart from really heavy breasts and I mean really heavy I reckon they weigh about 1kg each at a minimum god help me when I actually get a BFP
You guys are so great. It's nice to know that you are all thinking of me! :grouphug: all around!
Guess what!! Still pregnant! My hcg was 4000+. The nurse had no idea what was going on, she suggested the twin thing too, but I only had one embie tranferred. The FS thinks the bleed must have come from somewhere else... where? I have no idea. But I'm very relieved. I have another BT on Monday to check everything is going ok and I am going off the pessaries today (thank goodness!).
Lairdoz - I hope everything works out for you. I had cramps during my TWW that were not a bad sign. Try to stay positive! I hope your visit with your friend went well.
Terry - I got a cold last week. Being my crazy self, I googled cold and implantation and apparently a lot of women get a cold right before the bfp. :crossfingers: that this is the case for you.
I know I haven't mentioned everyone by name, but trust me guys your support is really what I needed these last two days. I've told my little embie to buckle down for the next 8 months, now I just have to hope it's listening. I wish you guys all the best, you definitely all deserve the best for being such great people.
Hi ladies,
MM ~ I'm sooooo happy today went soo well - and 4000 is huge!! As for the twin thing, your embie may have split (that could be one explanation!) in any event, it doesn't matter!! Your pregnant!! I'm soo happy for you!! :loveshower: As for the pain, I get it is I stretch (yourn) too far - and gee it hurts, for a few minutes after too!!
Terry ~ heavy breasts are a good sign from what I hear (although I still dont have that symptom - or even sore bbs - hmm now that I feel them, maybe a little!!) Not long now!! Fingers are crossed that its another BFP for the thread!!
Lairdoz ~ Cramping can be a good sign - I've had cramping from the day after (or a couple of days after transfer) and still have a few pains here and there. So hopefully its a sign of a BFP!
Lisa ~ Hello and welcome, I agree with the other ladies, I hope your time in here goes fast and you don't have to return!! I agree that you definately don't need to treat yourself any differently (except for the food and no raising your body temperature too much) and that life should go on as normal!!
Possums ~ Did you have a hcg shot on day 5 after et? Hopefully your test was a little too early for the hcg to register on the hpt.
timeforafamily ~ hope your little embie is burrowing in nicely!!

MM great news i hope you get a smooth pg from here on in. x will be watching
GREAT news minime! - your little one is keeping you in good stead for the life ahead - already giving you trouble!! I'm so pleased to see you changed your signature too :)
Loula - Whenever I see you post in the other forums I am so pleased to see how well your pregnancy is progressing. I know what you have ahead of you and are so excited for you. Your story is an inspiration for those of us who have had enough of IVF and LTTC emotionally (or financially!!) xxx
HI to all the ladies in here, lurking or otherwise, it's nice to know there are others in the same situation as me as this is a secret to all my friends. The catch-up with my newly pregnant friend was suprisingly fine, as with the other three pregnancies of close friends since we have been back on IVF this year, this friend also has no money and it was an accident. I have joked with my friends if they want to get pregnant just come and hang around me!! I am very happy to say that I didn't feel any jealously, nor have I come back bitterly upset which has happened before. Not sure if it's just because I am starting to accept that the family I have is the largest it will ever be which has more peace attached to it than I thought it would, not that I am not hoping for a BFP of course....
Sending you all hugs and wishing for you all the happiness and hopefully lots of BFP's!!
xxx
Minime - I'm so glad things are on track with you. What a nasty nasty scare!! Eeerrr...how unusual the bleed came from somewhere else . Anyhow what a relief there was somewhere else for it to come from. Hopefully the rest of your pregnancy will be smooth sailing from here on in.
Lairdoz - I'm glad your catch up with your friend went well. I hope that cramping is to do with implantation. Hopefully you can join her in celebrating your pregnancy in a little while.
Mum-2-be - I hope everything is going well for you. Thanks for your thoughts. Oh, I noticed your BT list. Mine is 30th June. How nice of you to keep a list, it can be so hard to keep up.
Terry - I hope that cold is a positive sign.
Come on stork, bring on some BFPs here!!!
AFM: still cramping away, but I'm sure the EPU cramps will merge with crinone cramps which I'm sure I'll get. Wow, crinone isn't as messy as the pessaries, I feel nice down there. Why has the FS only just put me on crinone now, did I need to do my time on those pessaries? I've had slight spotting yesterday and today. The nurse said it was probably left over from EPU or the ET.
Minime, I'm so relieved to hear your hormone levels are all good! FX for no more scares!
Lisa, I actually find the crinone messier. I guess it just proves we're all different. ;) I hope your 2ww passes quickly and there's happy news at the end.
Still sending lots of sticky vibes to all of our 2ww'ers here!
I had my transfer on tues 15th june!! This was our 3rd transfer. Iv been so focused on just not getting my period that the past few days have been really easy. My last 2 transfers i started to bleed before the BT, iv had back pain and period like pains for over a week now and didnt think id make it to transfer without a period, and i was so releaved when i did! im on 4 pessaries a day this cycle to try and stop the bleeding but i still have the horrible unexplainable pain!!!!! Most of it is probably from the pessaries but it slightly started b4 i even started taking the pessaries this time, very frustrating!!! if this cycle fails we are going to try a natural cycle next round. I would love to hear from anyone else on there 2ww!!!

minime.....geez girl gave us a fright!!! so pleased it's working out well. positive vibes coming yours and embie's way xx
Hi Everyone,
I had 2 x 3day embies transferred last Saturday & thought I'd pop over from the other LTTC thread.
MiniMe- I've bee reading the last couple of days & I'm so HAPPY everything seems to be ok for you fingers crossed that it's now smooth sailing for you
Lisa= Today is the first day that I'm not feeling crampy. I think as you say it was a combination of the epu & the crinone
Terry- Hope the next few days go quickly for you
AFM - I've come down with a rotten cold but I'm reluctant to take anything just in case. I've still got to take claxane injecctions every night which I really don't know why I have to continue as my epu was last wed. I'm on these due to a clotting disorder they discovered I have. I have to confess I'm a POAS addict so I was thinking I may do one tomorrow to confirm the pregnyl is out of my system. The funny thing is my hubby is just as bad as me with the POAS he was only asking if today would be too early to test ummm yeh!!!!
Hi June TTCers.. New to this and not sure how to list the bottom bit with my details???sooo..Me 39 DH 45 TTC #2 for 3 yrs..2.3 yrs of IVF.. Have had one m/c 4th cycle at 6 wks and last cycle Ectopic and right tube removed..pretty gutted about losing a tube..even though not doing it's thing..nevertheless!! Had 2 embies transferred today.. BT 1st July :pray::pray: GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.. so happy to have found this space..(please excuse my ole lady PC skills:redface:)
Hi ladies,
I thought I might crash this TWW party too if that's ok with everyone. I had my transfer today and, like Lisa, had acupuncture before and after. For some reason they've scheduled my BT for next friday (the 25th), they said it would be a day earlier than it should be done but it will give us a good idea of what's happening. So, I feel like I'm kind of pushing in in this awful TWW queue, only having to wait just over a week. It's the last week that's the worst though.
Lairdoz - hi - I hope your big decision to stop after this one never needs to happen and you finally get that BFP. That peace you feel might be what you need to make it happen (?):crossfingers:
Look forward to sharing this horrible wait with you all and hearing of lots of happy news over the next weeks :2ww:

Ladies,
Wow there has been an influx of new TWW's!!
oneday86 ~ I had cramps / pains from the day after et (FET) and they still havent stopped (I got a BFP on 15 June) - so could be a positive sign!
Welcome to all the other new TWWers!! we get some more BFPs in here!!
I guess now that I'm no longer a TWWer, someone else may need to take over the BT list? Any takers?

Oh MiniMe what a humongous scare and then HCG +4000. Congrats congrats congrats. That’s so funny you googled ‘cold’ and ‘implantation’. That is so something I would do, and then you feel really smart when you know you have hit on the right words for what you are looking for. I’lI be more than too happy for a cold if it gives a BFP.
Lisa B – Crinone sounds like the better option. When I had it, it took ages to clear out though. Sometimes several weeks later. Eeeek.
Oneday86 – sticky vibes your way too. The pain, I’d blame the pessaries. Haven’t had to have them myself but 4 sounds like a lot. Hopefully they are dissolving and being absorbed like they are meant to.
Littlemissmoo – same same. I had 2x day 3 embies t/f’d on 12th June too. And I was thinking about POAS as well.
Welcome Mumoncemoreplease
And KAYbee too – my BT is same day 25th June.
Loula – that’s so funny. Rectal supps. I actually think that's a lot better option. they absorb better and probably no mess.
Hi Lisa B - FX
Possums – sorry to hear about the neg HPT maybe it’s too early
Lairdoz – thanks. I so hope your cramping is just another joke that our bodies play with us. Oh mental gymnastics!! I’m glad your visit went OK. Though sometimes we are unpredictable creatures, not sure what will set us off.
Terry – fingers crossed
Mum-2-Be – hope all is going well. Does that mean you are 4 ½ weeks along the way now? And thanks for posting everyone’s BT dates. I get a bit lost at times who’s up to what stage.
AFM – No symptoms. A bit scared going into week 2 of the 2WW.
