Third poas today, still positive but I freaked out a bit as at first it seemed lighter than yesterday. Decided in the end it was about equal. Hope that's not a bad sign. Maybe I just didn't pee on it enough?

Mrs p - dont stress too much, my thirs POAS was the same and I freaked, but once it dried it was the same cour as the other days. A line is a line, congratulations! Xxx
Thanks Amy ;) just another reminder why I shouldn't poas!! Hope you and bump are doing well - I saw you've had some bad morning sickness, have you thought of trying acupuncture? PM me if you're interested as I have a great therapist to recommend :)
MrsP - As Amy said a line is a line. All HPT's have different amounts of dyes so that can affect the "darkness". I also found that they got darker as they dried. If your doing them without a day in between you may not notice a big difference in the strength of the line. Tomorrow will def show a difference ;).
Well girls, as of 1:15, I'm officially PUPO. BT 02.07.12. Was able to see this embie go in really clearly on the screen this time and it positioned itself well. Cute glowing little blob. Super excited but now the craziness begins.
Now last time I avoided all temptation and never POAS, only made the final devastation of a BFN when the nurses called even worse so I'm thinking I will POAS or probably several.
So here's a crazy question if I had one day 5 embie transfered today would it be too early to POAS on Sunday (which would be 4 dpt 1 x 5 day embie)? Its my DH's birthday and I'm wondering if there is any chance of giving him the best present ever. Am I crazy? Is this far too soon?

Now I am not one to talk about early POAS ha ha! 4dp5dt would be equal to 9 dpo, so theoretically it could work, but I don't know... My first test was 6dp5dt and it wasn't super super faint....

Welcome Jane! Best of luck to you lovely :goodluck: As for when to POAS, I'm thinking 4dpt is a tad early, I'd be more inclined to wait til at least 6dpt. If just to avoid the negative feelings and doubts that pour in when a BFN glares back at us. But that's just my opinion, if you want to do it at at 4dpt, go for it!
MrsP, I'll echo everyone else's advice and tell you a line is a line, don't worry about the strength of the colour ;)

AFM not much going on here, as is to be expected at this early stage. No cramping or discomfort to report. Perhaps an ever-so-slight queasiness, but that could very well be me just over-thinking things :rolleyes: lol. I resisted the urge to buy any HPT's at the shops today. If I don't have any, I won't be tempted to pee on them, lol! I am thinking of maybe POAS on Tuesday at 8dpt? I think i can hold out til then... Maybe even Wednesday actually, cos if I buy any HPT's before Tues I'll be tempted to do it earlier. I usually shop on a Wednesday, so if I buy it then, that's when I'll use it...yeah, that sounds like a plan ;)

Jane - I startes testing at 3dp5dt. My results were as follows:
3dp5dt = BFN
4dp5dt = BFP (on an IC and very light line I actually did a double take when I saw the line.)
5dp5dt = BFP (on IC darker line and FRER light line but noticeable)
6dp5dt = BFP (on IC darker line)
7dp5dt = BFP (on IC darker line and FRER darker than the previous FRER)
I'm so NOT encouraging you to POAS as it 'may" be too early for "you" to test. Most ladies test as Ree Ree has suggested at 6dp5dt.
Porsche, don't remind that u got a bfp that early, now I'm gonna want to POAS tomorrow!! :doh: lol
Poo bugger bum, clinic just rang to say my bloods came back with perfect oestrogen but quite low progesterone :( need to go back to the chemist and get the higher dose prog pessaries and up it from 3 a day, to four a day. So with the combo pessary at night, that's 5 a day! Plus I have to do some of them rectally, joy....
Oh, and now of course I'm worried that it's too low to support a pregnancy and why should I bother :shakehead:
ree ree - my last transfer started out with low prog (think around 24 at transfer day), after being on 3 pessaries a day. i requested extra support (pregnyl), but they gave me gestone injections instead (supposed to be better than pregnyl). had an injection on transfer day and next BT prog. had risen to 44. if you're worried you could ask them for a prog. injection, it seemed to act fairly quickly me.

AFM - 1 dpt 5day embie. I have a killer headache and feel a little sick. I think I could have a migraine brewing which would explain both symptoms.

AFM not too much happening here either. Had some light cramping while at work this morning. Having more bloods on Monday to check progesterone levels are rising. My best friend had to up her prog pessaries in both of her FET cycles, and both times she became pregnant, so I'm holding onto that nugget of hope! Haven't bought any HPTs yet, trying to avoid temptation ;) For now...

ReeRee - Here's hoping you Bf's luck rubs off on you and increasing the pessaries is a sign of good fortune. Good on you avoiding the temptation of buying a HPT.
I still have one left in the cupboard. Going to try and hold off until next Fri / Sat to test. But well see how strong my resolve is.
Oh and AFM - I had a tiny (and I mean tiny) amount of streaky blood in CM today (sorry TMI)- could it be implantation bleeding? I'm 3dpt 5day embryo.
Oooh, keeping everything crossed for you Ree and Jane! Cramping is always a good sign and a bit of streaky blood in the CM as well :) I really hope you get your BFPs ladies :) xxx

AFM - BT tomorrow, I tell you what that early poas has made this a looooong TWW. Feeling pretty good, not huge amount of symptoms but sore boobs and cramps/stretching now and then. Oh and a nice incident of progesterone rage at the library ha ha!
