lol, I was very slightly tempted to test tomorrow morning, but am still too scared. I was just looking at a previous cycle 2 years ago when I got a BFP with a day 2 embie, and I got a positive at 8 days post transfer, which would be tomorrow (except that this little embie is a day 3 embie) .

Ok you know my usual stance in relation to poas. So you know what I would do. Although this month for me I had no inclination and forgot I even had a test in the house until I bent down to search for something under the bed and saw the box!
Do what you think is best. The outcome doesn't get jinxed you know

I've been having pinching pains today, mainly on my left side, a little bit of heavy feeling in the tummy, and I'm so bloody constipated!!!!!! I already drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, which is tons more than what I normally do. I bought some prune juice today. Could I have implantation niggles? My transfer was last Saturday, and it was a day 3 embie, so if the embie was to implant, wouldn't I have had the niggles on Wednesday/Thursday? And I've had this weird dry nose today, I get it when I'm flying.....????

Every year we have a family and friends Christmas baking day where we bake all the cakes and puddings for that year. Last year we had that baking day at 10dpo and I was lamenting our lack of BFP since DD was born; I got a BFP the next day (m/c at 5wks). Today was that baking day and this year it's 9dpo and I was quite nauseated on the drive to my parents' house (where we did the baking). It's hard to not notice the coincidences...

Jumping in - Miss.B and Juniper, I'm keeping everything crossed for you that you will have a BFP soon! Sending you baby dust.
I just found out yesterday I'm expecting nr 2. I'm 4 weeks 2 days now. A big surprise as I was just about to make an appointment back at the fertility clinic for January and not receiving any treatment. We've never ever had a BFP on our own and did not think it would happen.
You asked to share symptoms, so here we go… I was off my food for 4 days last week, but don't know if it was due to me being pregnant or if I had gastro or food poisoning (there was no vomiting). Headaches come on and off. I was really tired as well and when I checked back to when I did a frozen IVF cycle that resulted in my lil boy, I was exhausted and did extra naps at 3 weeks as well. Now I'm just feeling bloated and look it too. Sensitive breasts in the last few days as well. But I'm also still breastfeeding and reckon my boy is teething, so extra comfort sucking.
Anyway, keeping everything crossed for you both! xxx

Afm, started spotting (red) last night, so at least my body isn't going to keep me in suspense for long... Just hoping AF can hold off arriving until Tuesday because I have to go to work tomorrow and the cramping I'm getting as I type suggests CD1 may be awful...

Sorry to hear this cycle didn't work out Juniper. And I hope AF holds off for you & is not too bad pain wise.

AFM, I've been getting lots of twinges, sort of feels like O pain. I must have eaten something today, because I blew up like a puffer fish, I look 6 months pg, lol. And I'm farting (smelling like flowers of course), like a trooper. Obviously something upset my system. I went shopping today with mum & got so puffed out, like I ran a marathon. Also, I thought my sense of smell was a bit heightened today, maybe a symptom? And lastly, my headache is still here, it's been 2 days now. So that's my little symptoms. Over and out.

Ok, I'm coming clean. I caved in yesterday, I tested and got a very faint line. Tested again this morningg, but the line is not getting darker . I've gotten faint lines at 11dpo in my other pg, but they have always gotten darker each day. The only reason I tested yesterday was because I was getting more symptoms and niggles. And the headache, which is still here today. Could it be a chem? What are they like?

At 11 dpo it would only be light anyway..? And hcg doubles every 48-72 hours (i know you know this already!) so I wouldn't worry too much about it not getting darker every day, but you would like to see it getting slightly darker after 2 days. Hang in there, I know this part is the worst. When's your BT?

Thanks Andie, I got a bit excited after I saw the little line, it's been a really long time lol. I'm going to hold off testing now, I've slightly freaked myself out now, so not going there again! BT is this Friday.

Oh hun! A faint line i'm hopeful for you and keeping everything crossed!
i'm still having headaches on and off, think that's just our body adjusting to pregnancy hormones. With my last pregnancy, which resulted in Mr 1 year old now, i did the same thing, kept testing to see if it became darker. Lines were varying from darkish one day, to less dark the following day, to darker next day. I think sometimes the ink in tests differ?! With my chem, 4 weeks 2 days no real preg symptoms and felt just like AF was about to arrive.

I agree with Andie, it wouldn't have gotten much lighter at the start anyway. With my chemical I didn't have any symptoms. I started bleeding before the blood test and I would never have known if the BT didn't register something.

Thanks so much myturn and me4ever and again Andie. You girls are amazing, and I am so grateful for your love and support. To be honest, I haven't had much support from OH, I told him about my little line and he blew if off saying it's probably the drugs left over from the cycle . I know better that it's probably not, but I was expecting maybe 'oh that's promissing' or something like that. Men. Anyway, I don't know what the outcome will be, all I can do is stay as positive and hopeful as I can and live in the moment. Just praying hard the outcome will be positive.
