hi all,
i'm out again this month.... AF arrived last night after having cramps since monday.
i think i was just more relieved that the waiting was over.
i am sure though, something was trying to happen this month. i had pains after AC on day 8. buzzing pains around my ovaries. when scanned i had 3 good sized follies. then i had cramps all week which i was thinking was implantation.
will be asking FS to start more testing for clotting, implantation or MTHFR???? and anything else i or you guys can think of!!!
thanks for all you support again, for the 34th time!
good luck to all still praying for a miracle:)
michelle
hi again,
can anyone tell me about cycle day 1.
if AF comes at 8pm do you still count that as day 1???
is there a cut off time before it becomes the next day?
sorry if this is a silly question:)
hi Kitty - my clinic always tell me that anything after 6pm is classed as the next day HTH
thanks Loula,
i had heard of a time for cut off, but couldn't remember what it was! :)
Hi Kitty Kat - my clinic counts day 1 as the first day that you wake up bleeding, so even if i get my period at lunch time they count the next day as day 1
I think you could give it a try, i did mine 2 days early (was told by FS) and mine was adefinite yes
So sorry Kittycat...
My IVFA says if AF is before 12.00pm is day 1. anything after 12.00pm is 0 so day 1 only the next day..
Take care of yourself...
Just wanted to drop in and say Hi. My tww started on 4th April, BT due wed 15th and I am feeling strange, upset, nervous, apprehensive, scared, tired...I guess I am just offloading - don't think DH can take much more! Anyway, roll on 3 days...

After taking a break, I'm back in a 2ww. I ovulated yesterday and we BD'd like mad over the weekend so I am really hoping it's been enough.

Hi Girls,
Possum: wishing :goodluck: for your cycle, really hope you will have a good outcome.
Bella: Congratulations so happy for you.
:hello: and :bluedust: :pink-babydust: to everyone
Can I join? Never though I'd arrive in this thread but just had a miracle happen, only ad two mature eggs and one fertilised, my one little embie grew into a perfect blastocyst and PGD showed it didn't have my bad gen, had it transferred yesterday.
Now wondering if anyone has any tips on how I make it stick
I am taking tomato juice and garlic tablets to increase circulation and all the usual pregnancy vitamins. Will also hopefully get an acupuncture appointment this morning, unfortunately didn't work out yesterday but since the transfer was only at 4pm I hope this morning will do. Took the day off as I though it might help to try to relax.
Have a great day,
Sara
Sara- am so thrilled you got the transfer! acupuncture is good...i usually have it after the transfer, then again about a week later. You are already eating the right things. And I guess do your best to keep your stress levels as low as you can (easier said than done in the 2ww I know!) good luck xx
Possum and Kittycat - so sorry AF arrived.
Im the same - AF pretty much on the doorstep. I was like you Kitty thought this may have been my time with lots of different pain and stuff this time but no go.
My nurse says count day one as your first day of full flow before 6pm - hope that helps.
Good luck to everyone in here still waiting, hope you get your BFP's. :stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl:
AFM - Probably wont be on here as much for a little while not sure what DH and I will be doing, probably move into trying IVF when we have enough money. We will be concentrating on our house move for the next couple of weeks anyway.
Can anyone tell me if they have had an option of payment plan with IVF, is that at all possible?
I have another specialist appointment on the 23rd so I suppose we will have a better idea of what we are doing then.
Thanks everyone for you support and wishes over the last two weeks.
Bella - CONGRATULATIONS on your BFP! Hope you have a h & h pg :D
Possums - so sorry AF arrived  I really hope you get your little miracle this cycle. Thinking of you.
Loops - sorry that AF is near. With my clinic, they didnt give us a payment option plan. The cycle had to be paid in full from day 1, then you didnt get a receipt to claim back from medicare until after transfer. Good luck and hope to see you back here soon.
Sara - so good to see you in here and so happy to hear you had a transfer! I hope the next 2 weeks flies by for you and you get your much awaited BFP :crossfingers:
Sue - sounds like you've done all you can, now its up to nature. Good luck :D
Lots of :bluedust: and :stickyvibesgirl:
Take care,
Tania
loops12,
my payment system is to get a credit card that has a 6 month interest free time.
you then have 6 months time to pay it off without paying any interest. if you find you don't get it paid in that time, you can actually move it to anyother cr card company (balance transfer) then start the 6 month interest free again with them!!!
i know it's bad to do this!!!
But it is getting me what i want and it's not costing anymore in interest payments. you need to have peice of mind and less stress esp about money when you are going through all this stuff!!
AFM.. went to FS this morning and have started my femarra again today. i think it worked well last time with 3 good size follies this month. the problem is the later part of my cycle. anyway we'll see how it goes.
GL with your wait...
:bluedust::pink-babydust:
Ooooh Ms Sara - I am so glad that little super embie fought it's way thru.
All the best sweetie..it's been a tough road and I hope you are nearing the end..wishing you a speedie TWW...and lots of sticky luck..

good luk girls
Hi all - am back in the 2ww - it's been a while!
Just had transfer #5 this afternoon - this is our last frozen embryo so praying that it sticks.
BT is on Tuesday 28th April - anyone else on that day?
good luck Bec!
Good luck Bec from me as well and to everyone else here in TWW.
Just wondering any opinions on when I can start POAS (1500mg pregnyl shot on Tuesday night) and which test to use?
Sara
Sara... with my FET which gave me a BFP i started testing and got two lines about 6 days after the blastocyst transfer...the equivalent of 11dpo
fingers crossed for you!
Sara - I am completely addicted to POAS. I've done 4 stim cycles and I POAS until I see the second line disappear, that way I will know if a BFP is real or not. Usually the trigger has been gone from my body at about 7 days post trigger shot.
Good luck everyone. I have an egg collection tomorrow so I'll be back in the TWW next week.
:goodluck: for EPU Bridget
Sara
Sara - I do the same as Bridget. It is certainly not the method for everyone - you have to be pretty tough to see a line and then watch it fade or hopefully get darker.
If you injected Tuesday night - you shouldn't go near a POAS till Monday and that could still be 1 day or so early.. all the best.
Bridget - all the best for your EPU tomorrow - hope you get a great haul
Bec - all the best for the TWW..
Thank you Lulu, won't try till Tuesday but think it's to no avail anyway at this point.
Pretty sure I am out. I know how my body feels when I am pregnant and definitely not feeling that way any more. Right after ET and the day after my breast were very tender, I was breathless even when walking a few stairs and sleeping lots, it was a bit less the day after but then again after the Pregnyl injection. Now with the Pregnyl leaving my body I am just feeling normal, starting to get my energy back as every time when the drugs leave my system after a cycle. I am a bit disappointed but it's all good, just wasn't meant to be this time would have been too much of a miracle.
Sara
Sara- hang in there...it's too soon to say just yet. I am like you and tend to think I know how it feels to be pregnant now...but sometimes are bodies can trick us
Sara - I do hope you are wrong. But I know we all know our bodies and often can tell what is going on. I hope this time it is fooling you. I feel that any of our babies would be miracles - thus to some extent we have to believe they are possible
MS pink - how are you doing?
Hi to everyone else - and sticky vibes!
I hope you're wrong lovely Sara...
Me - well I am 100% out yet again..
I am so sorry to hear Lulu, was worried about you as you hadn't said anything recently about your TWW. Be kind to yourself.
Sara
MsPink, so sorry hun x
I'm so sorry MsPink.. Big cyber hugs going out to you...
Ms Pink, I am so sorry
good luck others :pink-babydust:
Hi ladies,
I hope you don't mind me barging in here.....
Sara, I just wanted to answer your post about the Pregnyl. I was on it in the TWW as well and had the same thing happen as you describe as I came off it. I felt so not pg it was not funny! But I did get a BFP on BT day (15 days post EPU) and got no pg symptoms until I was about 6 weeks along. Try to ignore the Pregnyl symptoms, they really do mess with your mind. It is too soon, hang in there until your BT day
Heaps and heaps of GL to everyone else too! ;)
