Hello Ladies
Looking forward to reading up on how everyone is doing, and I will send some personals tommorow
We are back from our holiday, and waiting for our BT this Thursday, I feel a bit crampy like AF is on it's way - in fact I feel a lot crampy, so I hope that it isnt AF letting me know she is going to rear her ugly head, ...
All the best Wouldloveabubba - hope AF stays away..
:noaf::SAAF: Wouldluvabubba
Well no good news for me :-(
AF arrived - it's almost black (tmi) and clotty - so even as I kept my positive thoughts last night, I had those crampy pains that I had when I had my m/c, and I knew my body was cramping everything along, BT was to be Thursday, so I didnt even get a proper TWW, which would be right .. :-(
I will see FS this week - she wanted me to have a break this cycle as I had the eleven eggs, and I have no frosties - and with the xmas closure of the clinic - I couldn't fit another cycle in - so its the new year for us - my biological clock ticking away .. when is it going to be our turn
Wouldloveabubba - I'm so sorry sweetie :hug: I know how hard it is, and I also had the really black bleeding and painful AF after first IVF, just to rub our noses in it
It's so hard with the clock ticking away, the pressure is unbelievable isn't it???
I found it helped once I had grieved a bit to try and make a bit of a plan to have something to focus on....I have used the time waiting to try and get fitter, eat better, and we tried naturally even though the chances are slim, it made me feel more in control and on top of things while we were waiting.
Take care of yourself, thinking of you :comfort:
Wouldlove - am so sorry..when/if AF arrives after a cycle it normally does so with a vengeance. I always have MUCH more flow and much more pain. All the drugs build up the endmetrium so...well what can I say. Mine is just starting to calm down now.
Take care of yourself..unfortunately I cant do another cycle this year either...so here's to a BFP for both of us in January..
Belle: congrats to you. BFP !!!!!!! yeah
i'll be joining you guys in here on wed as we're having FET # 3
i am feeling much better now so i'll see you all soon.
Wouldloveabubba, I'm so sorry!! This TTC business really sux, and it's so unfair! I really hope that the new year brings you a BFP
Neptune, Minniemouse and Alloy , Thank you so much for your kind words xxxx
Hi Ladies
I'm new to this thread but not new to the TWW unfortunately!
I have 10 more days left till BT, and as I took holidays while I had this FET cycle, the wait seems to be twice as long!
Is anybody else using the prog pessaries? They seem to be affecting me, and not in a great way! Does any1 have any tips?
A quick question :
In all my sadness today I didnt think to ring MIVF - should I use the crinone until I have my BT -
Imagine if by a mirical I was PG - no it wouldnt happen would it - I have bright red blood as well as the black - ohhh :-(
WLB, yes continue with your crinone until the BT. I know it seems hopeless but clinic's stress the importance of doing this. Some women can have bleeding even when they are pg.
Welcome Carr2walks may the next 10 days fly by for you! What effects are you having? Crinone gel is pretty nasty stuff but I didn't find too many probs with the pessaries.
Paula and WouldLoveBubba- Am so very sorry to you both. Take the time you need to heal your hearts. We are all here for you.
Belle- CONGRATS!! Fantastic news. Wishing you an amazing 9 months of health and happiness.
Everyone else in TWW land...thinking of you all.
Hugs Bel
wouldloveabubba- I am so sorry to hear things haven't worked out....big hugs to you... I know that feeling of wondering when your turn will come. I'd have to echo what Neptune said...DH and I are trying to eat well, be fit, focus on living life outside TTC, while also trying naturally until we can resume IVF in the new year...all those things are helping me through...plus of course, you need grieving time too...it's natural to be sad.
belle- congratulations!! wonderful news
afm- well I think I am in the TWW now, just trying naturally until we can resume IVF...and hoping by some miracle we won't even have to resume IVF ;) My cycle is a bit out after the D&C though, but I do think I ovulated on the weekend...so anyhow, here's hoping my one remaining, rather dodgy/damaged tube works and everything else magically happens as it should. It's a bit scary trying naturally because the risk of an ectopic is certainly there for me in that dodgy left tube, but DH and I both wanted to give it a go
