I'm on my second cycle of Clomid this month and got a posit OPK yesterday and started having some nightly ovulation pain last night and some this morning have had strong ovulation pains on both sides...
Could I be ovulating from both sides or could it just be from the Clomid??
Your body can produce many follicles while using medication that induces ovulation, or while doing IUI/IVF, etc. What usually happens is there is one "front runner" to maturity which is the one which ripens first and ovulates. More than one can ripen at the same time (which is why your chances of twins, etc) is higher on clomid, etc.
That said, it could just be because the clomid is stimulating your ovaries.
Either way, your FS should be able to tell you how many follies you have and their size, etc when you have your scan.
