Wondering what anyones thoughts are on continuing exercise (weights, classes, etc) when doing IUI. I have been keeping up my normal routine while doing IUI i'm now day 23. There seems to be alot of mixed info out there in regard to exercise, i know moderate is ok, but itend to go pretty hard and lift quite heavy weights, the obg said its ok to continue what youre doing, but i have read its not good to over heat etc. Anyone doing the same?
