The Prom is Tomorrow !!! (IUI)

I can't believe it's come around so fast, our first IUI attempt is tomorrow !!

I'm nervous but excited. I know it's not guaranteed by any means but at least it feels like the best chance we've had so far !!

I feel like I should have a glass of wine in my hand tomorrow morning while they do it to make it at least feel a bit romantic, HAHA. Oh well we'll have plenty of stories to tell the kids ! I've totally worked out the metaphor : the prom room is ready (uterus), the princess has put on her makeup (maturing egg), the suiters showered and well groomed (the cleaning/separation/prep solution), arrive in a limo (the short cut through the cervix) and the princess will choose her perfect match ! - My friends think I'm loopy !!!! - I'm just trying to romantisise !!

All went swimmingly yesterday. I felt quite relaxed during the whole thing! Just hope they timed it well - Princess Eggie had already left the building but they seemed to think all was good for timing . Now just have to sit back and wait for 15 days !!!
