Haven't heard about using raspberryleaf for ttc, but I do know that you shouldn't take it when pregnant until near the end as it can cause uterine contractions and early labour. My natropath gave me some leaves towards the end of my first pregnancy to drink as a tea to help strengthen uterine contractions.
I actually bought some this morning after speaking with my naturo - he said it helps the uterus I'd say you were given red raspberry leaf @ the end of your pregnancy to hep with the labour (that's at least the advice i was given)
I had a cup today its lovely with honey! and it can be bought at my local healthfood shop
Hey, just found this. I sort of took it as a pre-ttc thing, after having a d & c, and when I knew we couldn't conceive for the next 6 months, I took it often to encourage my uterus to expel the old stuff. I also took nettle tea, which has loads of great vitamins in it.
