Hi

I am hoping some of you lovely people can offer me a bit of hope and reassurance.

Here is our story so far:
We are a same sex couple, in our early 30's using frozen donor sperm.
Have had 3 failed attempst at IUI, with clomid.
We are now in our 1st IVF cycle.
Was on Puregon for over 2 weeks, as my body was slow to respond, started at
150 iu and finished at 250 iu.
Last Fri had 4 follies around 20mm
Had our EPU on Wednesday and got 6 eggs.
5 were mature enough to fertlizie
3 ended up fertilizing.
Today is Day 2 and we have 1 embryo at 5 cell stage and 2 at 3 cell stage
But they are all a little fragmented SO

We are having 2 embyros transferred tomorrow - day 3, we were hoing that we would have made it to day 5.

I am feeling a bit down and disappointed, because nothing seems to be going right, we were really hoping that we would get lucky on our first attempt and at this point in time I don't think it is going to happen - Yes I know it is too early to think that, but it is hard not to.
I am finding it really hard to balance positive thinking, with being realistic and kind of preparing for the disappintment when we get a BFN.

Just wondering who has had success on either their first IVF cycle or who has had a BFP with low quality/ fragmeneted embyros after a day 3 transfer.

I know these kind of questions have been asked before but I just really needed so encouragement and hope.
