Post Looking for support and encouragement!

    Hi All,

I'm new to TTC forums but thought I would see who out there is having similar issues to me and how they deal with mother nature dishing up a period every month. I have so many friends that have had children and can not relate to what I am going through and it seems that everywhere I look I see what I have been trying to hold as my own for so long now.

My husband and I have been TTC for 25 months now... 18 months without help, but good old AF still shows up every month and rips our hearts to shreds.

I am so exhausted of eating correctly, staying positive (even when I feel totally depressed!) watching what exercise I do so I don't raise my temperature, tracking my temperature and everything else that needs to happen in-between!

In November last year I found out I had ovarian cysts that basically stopped me from ovulating from my left ovary, meaning that half of the cycles I have gone through were non productive I booked in a lap surgery in February where my specialist removed the cysts and also blasted a severe amount of endo D&C was also undertaken and hystroscopy.

Since then my luteal phase has not gone past 12 days, which required me to inject Pregnyl 4 and also 7 days after ovulation. I really hate needles, especially if my husband needs to do it for me!

I started acupuncture last week which seems to have raised my energy levels... so far so good this cycle...

    Fingers crossed for me please!
