Well this cycle has not been successful! So disappointed, I wasn't holding out much hope, just thought as I have been pregnant before and the clomid worked first go when we conceived DD that it would be easier this time. I have also lost weight and really thought my bodies hormones would be much better - obviously FAIL!
My progesterone level on day 21 was 5.6. My usual Ob/Gyn was away so I just got to speak to the fill in doc so I have to wait till next week to talk to my usual one and get some more info. The fill in guy told me that it shows a bit of a rise so I may have ovulated but the levels being so low will mean my body wouldn't be able to sustain the pregnancy if I am pregnant, but I probably havent ovulate so will need to have the dosage doubled next cycle! So now I've just gotta wait to see what my specialist says when he gets back, I hope he doesn't make me wait till the end of this cycle to start again - last time it was 77 days!!
sorry i don't know much about your story but do you think you had ovulated when you had done the test ? i ovulate somewhere around day 22-24 on clomid, your level looks like it is starting to go up like ovulation may have just happened when you had the test done.......
Oh hun, I'm sorry to hear that you are not responding on Clomid. Can they put you on a different dose? I had no luck with Clomid, so I understand your frustration
He only put m on 25mg (I had to cut the table in half) he said he just wanted to start slow to ease the risk of complications and multiples. I think I will go have another bloodtest this saturday to see what it says!
