Hi Maryam,
Welcome to BB
I think over here in Australia some of the drug names and ones that are used in fertility treatment maybe quite different to what's used in Egypt. I think it would be unusual for anyone to be using Dostinex here, but Clomid is used in treatment for stimulating ovulation all the time.
Most of the further treatments after Clomid involve taking other follicle stimulating hormones (FSH) in the form of injections, paritcularly during IVF cycles - the ones often used here in Australia are Puregon and Gonal-F. As they are used generally for IVF cycles they are used in stronger doses and have a larger effect in helping to produce more mature follicles than Clomid generally does. I don't know that there are many fertility treatments involving taking pills that are stronger than Clomid, unfortunately.
Can you talk to your doctor about the dose of Clomid that you are on? How many cycles have you tried used Clomid? Often doctors in Australia will suggest patients do between 3 and 6 cycles using Clomid before suggesting further fertility treatment with IVF, if unsuccessful. They will often adjust the dosage of Clomid according to the response a patient has had in a previous cycle also. After this time, it is generally suggested that a patient move to trying FSH treatment.
I hope you can find some answers, and that you are able to fall pregnant soon.
All the best,
Acacia
