I am on day 2 today and just got my BT results my FSH is 8 which is great but my E2 was 359 so doctor sent me for a u/s and found 13 follicles and one big follie at 18mm they are going to ignore it and start my on 200 puregon tomorrow as i responded really well on that last time she said they will lose the big follie as the egg will be over done and concentrate on the smaller follies.
So now they just keep an eye on my E2 levels and hope to god this lead follicle doesnt cause any problems.
The doctor seems to think i always have a lead follie early as my E2 is always high but as i have heaps of follicles and even unmedicated cycles i have a big follicle early they are not concerned at this time.
Worst case that lead follicle soaks up all the hormones and the others don't keep up and they cancel or my E2 skyrockets and they cancel the nurse did say as my E2 got to 16,400 last time with no sign of OHSS they can let me go to 30,000 at time of egg pick up .
So i don't know if i should be excited that i start my injections tomorrow as i have a real chance of this cycle being canceled.
Has anyone had a similar experience or has anyone had naturally high E2 from to many follicles to early.
I don't have pcos the doctor just said i am to fertile to early
Any help would be a huge help
