When to expect AF in a stim cycle?

Now I am sure this cycle is going to work, but just in case I wondered when should I expect AF should it not work? When would it be considered *late* Naturally I have an LP of 12-13 days, but I wondered if with the progesterone gel it would be longer and then if it is longer, how much?

    Hi Sarah,
This is a hard question to answer - from past experience on stim cycles i usually got my AF around day 11 of the wait, but then again last stim cycle i did not get AF and i and the nurse thought this was it only to find out it wasn't and then AF came 4days after blood test. Sarah don't even think about AF im sure this will be it for you i have everything crossed -good luck

    Sarah,

P4 supplements can delay AF but not for every woman (never did for me) so unfortunately , not yet knowing how your body responds to it, I would say that you can't count on AF showing- or not showing- as an indication, I'm afraid. Sorry, my sweet.

Thanks for that Sush. So pretty well from here on out (I'm 12DPO) it's a matter of maybe it will show & maybe not LOL! Hoping desperately that it won't!

Good luck Sarah, I hope it doesn't show!!

I was expecting mine pretty much normal time (so around 14dpo but anywhere from about 12dpo) and my blood test was booked in for 14dpo.

i used to get my AF when I did a stim cycle around 3 days before my scheduled blood test
I always knew when it didn't work as my AF had turned up beforehand - however when it didn't - when it worked!!!

    Hi Sarah,

MY first 2 stim cycles, I got my period 14 days after DPO and 2 days before when I was scheduled for a blood test. I am not sure if this helps, but my periods are always very regular. I get them every 28-29 days.

Wish you all the best..try and be positive.
