do job agencies have to offer mat leave?

Anyone a recruitment agent?
If I sign up with an agency, work in temp roles for 6-12mths do they have to offer maternity leave?
I mean other than the government paid parental leave

I wouldnt think so, in part because you need to be a part time or full time employee over 12 months to get ML. would that sort of employment be contract or casual???

You might not be eligible for the PPL either as you need to have worked continuously for 10 months I think. I would definitely check with c/link.
