Hi all,

I would like some advise if any one knows, what happens if your boss does not have a position for you to go back to when your maternity leave is up?

I have put in writing to say i will return but he has written back to say he may not have a position for me.......

Will he have to pay me some sort of compensation or how does this work. I put in the letter i wanted to go back 3 days a week.

If someone knows the ins and outs of this any advise will be helpful.....
