Now im not sure on amounts for this, i just add things as i go (made this up my self) so bear with me please lol!

peel and chop potatos into edible size pieces (about 2-3 med size per person) and boil until just tender. (any more and they will fall apart in the pan!)

heat 2 tbsp oil in large pan, add garlic and wholeseed mustard (this is to taste)and then add steak (i use scotch fillet, but rump or similar will be fine) and cook meat to taste. just before its ready add tomato's (i use cherry tomato's) and potato. stir around so the garlic and mustard egt thru everything

serve meat on a plate, tomato and potatoes over the top and any oil over that.

interesting meal, and takes a few goes to figure out how much of what to put into your liking, but its tasty and quick
