Mince Pasta/Rice Bake ??

Hi ladies,

DP doesn't like Tuna, so I need to pre make some pasta/rice easy bakes that I can freeze for lunches.

Any ideas please ??

One of the easy meals that I do is cooked sausages chopped up and put with a jar sauce (creamy tomato and basil...yummmmo) from aldi and pasta.
Also my DH doesn't like tuna either so I make tuna casserole with a roast chicken instead.

I make a chicken pasta bake.

I use 2 diced breast fillets, pasta, jar of pasta sauce and top with cheese.

The jars I like are the leggo pasta bakes, and they are $4.00, which to make two lots in a week, (he's a big boy) .....is getting up there in price ....I would like to use recipe's that I can use a tin of soup instead..??

I love the idea of the chicken instead of the tuna in a tuna bake ... I can get cheap cooked choocks when I see them, MIL told me I can freeze them too ....

I am trying to save every cent I can, TTC is costing a fortune ...
