What to do with beef steaks

I have some beef steaks that I have gotten out for dinner, but have no idea what to do with them. I can do the usual, spiced beef and veggies or stirfry, but I'm sick of that!! I've been through some recipes here and in my recipe books, but nothing is jusmping out at me.....

What ideas do you have for some beef??? Anything please, I'm at a loss!

mmmm now I have a massive craving for steak...
How about a pepper steak or steak dianne? Beef wellington?
I guess it depends on the quality - for a really good steak nothing beats BBQing with a yummy sauce and some veges.
You could make it into something mexican - burritos?

    No, they're just cheapy steaks.
Steak dianne or pepper steak sounds delish, with mash and beans, mmmmm maybe some asparagus too, yum! Will have to go down the shops for that though and I don't have much $$.....anyone else have more suggestions??

How about steak sandwiches, just beat out the steaks to help tenderise them and make them thin enough. Fillings could be lettuce, cheese, beetroot, egg etc, just have fun with it.
