Leftover Roast Beef
We had a great roast beef done in the slow cooker tonight but have quite a bit left. So what do you do with your leftover roast beef - I thought of a type of shepherds pie/cottage pie...anyone else do anything yummy with theirs???
Thanks very much

We don't usually have a lot left over, so just make sandwiches with it. Roast beef, mashed pumpkin & sandwich pickles ..... mmmm yum!
Or you could make fritters with it?

I second the fritters idea - I cook a roast especially to have leftovers to make fritters - mmmm....fritters....might have to cook a roast tomorrow!

Beef, mushroom and redwine pie. Super quick as you don't have to wait for the beef to cook to become nice and tender, yum!
