Question SPD - help - need a experienced chiro in melbourne

I am 21 weeks pregnant with my second child and have SPD just as I did with the 1st pregnancy but much worse. I have been going weekly to Physio but not getting much relief. I have been fitted with a support belt which can often increase the pain rather than alleviate it. I have been doing a bit of research and I have read that a chiropractor is beneficial in getting your pelvis aligned correctly which can help with the SPD symptoms. So I am hoping one of you lovely ladies could pm me a recommendation for a chiro that is experienced in SPD and who is in the inner city or inner eastern suburbs.
Your help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hi, sorry to hear you are suffering from SPD. I too suffered it in my first two pregnancies, I also found the support belt made it more painful.

I went to a chiro for my third pregnancy because I didn't want to be incapacitated again and it was brilliant, my pelvis has never felt better! I can't send you a PM because you need to have made a minimum of 50 posts to send and receive PMs. I went to a place called Sante Chiropractic in Blackburn (you should be able to find their details in the White Pages) and saw a chiro named Deb. She worked on me throughout my entire pregnancy and I can't speak highly enough of her

    Best of luck!
