Can fetal movment be affected by blood sugar levels?

It just seems that since I altered my diet and began insulin in the last couple of days, I'm not feeling very much movement.
I'll probably get it checked out just to ease my mind, but wonder if anyone else ever noticed this with GD?

I am not sure about the diabetes side of things, but i know i get more movements 10 mins or so after having chocolate or sugary things.

It's prob worth getting it checked out for peace of mind. I had reduced movements this week, and i found the doctors and midwives were great at checking it out, and reassuring me.

    take care,
