Do I need to treat my 'roids or will they not be an issue?

I have a hemorrhoid from birthing DS. Ive kinda just left them/it because its not bothering me at all. They are not uncomfortable, nor do they bleed at all. But Im wondering if they may cause issues during the pregnancy, birth or post natally. Should I treat it now or just wait and treat it later on if it becomes a problem?

Mine went away, DS is 3 weeks old and it's almost gone, I didn't bother personally.

Was your hemorrhoid from your first pregnancy or your DS pregnancy?

Mine is from DS pregnancy 3 years ago, now Im pregnant again, so wondering if its going to cause issues this pregnancy.

Oh! Now I get you. Mine was initially from DD 8 years ago but settled to more of a tiny internal nonexistent thing (I guess) as it reappeared in same place after DS' birth. It wasn't enough to bother me though so I'm thinking it may come down to your comfort factor- aren't treatments topical generally? Nothing really makes then vanish for good, I think.. Apart from time!

Oh ok, I think they can surgically remove them, not that I would do that, otherwise I have no idea. Lol
