Fibroids - but wait! There's more

    Hi everyone!

I'm 14 weeks with my first bub and have two fibroids - one isn't an issue, but the other is 4cm and sitting right where the baby's head needs to go before birth. My Ob said that if the fibroid doesn't move, it will have to be a c-section, which I'm fine with....but!!! I have scar tissue in my lower back which will prevent me from having a local anaesethic (and probably an epidural for natual). My Ob had a minor freak out about this - lots of questions from him, so I'm wondering, should I be worried?? He said that a general might be what's needed but he said I'll need to talk to an anethetist before the big event. Looks like I might be in for a rough ride. Anyone have anything similar??
