Internal Hemmroids

I have nearly 7 weeks pregnant and stressing - not only did I have a m/c last time so stressing about that but have other health issues to worry about

issue for me at the moment is I had a colonscopy in May following some bits of bleeding on TP (I know TMI) which was all clear and occassionally, I still get it. I am upping dosage of metamucil and trying to eat ore fruit and veges but phew, I just don't want any more stress.

Has anyone else had issues like these?

All I know is that in the last few days it feels as if Im giving birht when I do a number 2. SORRY for TMI> I know Im eating enough fibre, Im worried it's hemroids (sp?), Im not sure what to do. Why woudl I get them this early? Could it be unfinished business from last preg??
