Hi All,

I am kinda giving myself a self diagnosis here but I think I have for the startings of PUPPP (Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy). It flared up yesterday on my belly and undersides of my bbs.

I've been doing a little bit of reading and from what I learnt it begins in the stretch marks of the abdomen and then over several days it can spread to the thighs, buttocks, breasts, and arms.

I dont have any stretch marks on my tummy but I do on my bbs and what I noticed today that it has spread to my arms but the rash is not 'raised' like it is on my tummy. I did have an aquanatal class tonight that could have caused the rash on my arms, but I have never gotten a rash before and have been doing the classes for the majority of my pgncy.

So I am just hoping to hear from anyone that has experienced this. Is it PUPPP or something else? I've looked on the net at pictures and it looks really really nasty and gets worse before getting better and normally hangs around until after delivery. So kinda hoping I can get this early before it gets too bad! I am thinking of going to the docs tomorrow, but I seem to ALWAYS be going to the docs...
