Scar ectopic??

Hi everyone.
I have a friend who is experiencing a scar ectopic pregnancy, that is in the c-section scar. Has anyone else ever had this and were you able to go on and have kids?? She is scared (amongst other things) she won't be able to have more kids. It would be great if I could give her some hope regards to this. It was really serious life-threatening actually.
