Vapour Rub

Is it safe to use vapourrub in te first trimester? I am so scared to use anything, but i feel like absolute crap and even just the thought of soothing childhood memories of vicks makes me feel better - do you think i can use it?

I used it when I had a really bad cold in the first tri, I'd say it's safe. My bubs is kicking around .

Also try the Vicks Inhaler sticks - I carry one with me everywhere now!!
