    Nasal Congestion and Back pain

I know this is most likely very common, but I have horrible pack problems and my nose has been congested ever since I can remember, which makes it impossible for me to sleep at night, those saltwater nasal things do not provide any relief, so I am basically surviving on 1/2 hour sleep each night, which obviously makes me not function at work, I am moody, short tempered, no patience for anything, I am also just really exhausted all the time, I guess that I do exercise for an hour about 5 - 6 days a week, I need that to keep me not going crazy, plus it helps with my belly feeling less heavy and circulation I find....plus it give me time out for myself.......but yeah I still have like 16 weeks to go and have no clue how to go about it.........at least I will have three weeks off during xmas and New Years......... but still.......... is this normal........????? I just can;t remember any of this when I had my daughter more than 10 years ago, all I remember were just the Brandon Hicks contractions but otherwise I felt pretty much in control over my body well apart from the growing and moving belly, Help

Nasal congestion is pretty common. I use a saline nasal spray which works for me but maybe you should speak to a doc if it is keeping you from sleeping. It's one of those joys of pregnancy! Good luck and I hope you find a cure.

I have sinus problems too! I use brauer sinus tablets they are safe during pregnancy and make sureI am taking my multi vitamins, I have noticed it gets worse when I forget them.

My back is getting sore this week too, I am 23 weeks so at the same stage as you last time I swam as much as I could and it really helped. I was saying to DH that he will have to watch DD a couple of nights a week so I could jump in the pool, unfortunately ours is too cold with the weather in
Melbourne so I have to pay to go instead.
